This was my first time to a 99 Cents Only Store. I figured not everything would be $1 nowadays. However, most things didn't even come close to being $1. Despite this, their prices are still really good, and it's more like a Big Lots or Family Dollar than a Dollar Tree type of place. The store is pretty big, and they even have a grocery section in the back, which was surprising. They accept cash, debit, and credit cards just like any other store.

Drive over to the store from Tustin to Foothill Ranch after calling and asking how late are you open and they said till 10 I get there 9:50 and they're closed and neither cashier would let me in even though I called what a waste of my gas, I'm super unhappy!

It's just alright. Not a huge selection of anything and a little disorganized. Each time I give this place a shot I end up not finding what I'm looking for.

Attention to all the class-action lawyers! It is time to start a class action against the wrongful practices of the 99 cents store. It is already a sad tradition that this store hangs wrong price tags, and customers take the products under the impression of that price, while at the cashier's desk they find out that the price tag was wrong. And what is worst is that the cashiers do not honor the price tag on the shelf! Here is a jar of pickles with a price tag of $0.99 which later happened to be $1.50. Chicken franks show 2 price tags - 2 for $0.99 and $0.99. This has been going on for many years. Many complaints were filed with the management, but nothing has been done as of today. Therefore, it is high time to stop this ill practice once and for all !

ive seen multiple people bring in their dogs, i bring my service dog and was rudely confronted being told to leave my dog outside, i explained to him that other customers bring their dogs into their store as well as there is not ban on dogs/service pets present in or out the store, and was asked to leave and was repeatedly told that i needed to go to the pet store across the street and not there, then was told that if i wasn't capable of shopping alone with out my "pet" i shouldn't be allowed to go shopping in the store at all. never once have i dealt with this from any store, he was very rude and was absolutely disrespectful towards me. the worse customer experience ive experienced

I left my precious eyeglasses in the store and thought for sure that I wouldn't get them back. I called them the next day, and was so happy that they found and kept my eyeglasses! Definitely recommend them for their excellent customer service ! And they have good finds there as well!

I've been going to dollar store at foothill ranch for many years. I couldn't believe this would happen to me. I've purchased a wall candel and I ask the cashier what is their return policy is. The cashier said keep my receipts for full refund or no receipts store credit. Well I when back to return my wall candel and was told by Guillermo store manager at foothill ranch california, no store credit. He was not nice at all, I explained to him what I was told and not asking for my money back just store credit he said no and walk away. I have spent alot of money there and will not be going back there and will tell my friends. The sad part is it was only $5.99.

My sister and I were shopping in the makeup section minding our own business talking to this sweet lady about makeup having a good time and I guess this 99 cent store has something against that because one staff decided to tell me while I was mulling over a eyeshadow purchase to put it back like out of no where, very rudely I might add. I was gonna put it back if I wasn't going to buy it. I don't need to be targeted and told to put it back. Like that's something I do without thinking and most people do. So she was just trying to be an a******* Then the sweet lady had I guess dealt with this staff in the past being treated the same way, she defended us. Told her we weren't even making a mess and not putting anything back and we're just shopping and was picking on us for no reason. The staff proceeded to get her manager and we told him how we felt and he didn't care and told all of us that we needed to be courteous and put things back. Essentially calling us liars and if we didn't like the way we were treated to leave. Even if we didn't put things back "where we found them" IT IS THEIR JOB TO PUT IT BACK FOR US. I've never come across this in any other 99 cent store or any store for that matter...? And the MANAGER Guardo was literally telling his staff to treat his customers this way. It was just a horrible experience. I think whoever owns this place need to evaluate their staff better. That place looks like s*** and the staff are so f****** lazy and rude. Thanks for listening ^^ if I were you guys I would just go to the 99 cent store down lake Forest drive. They are much nicer.

I would highly recommend their balloons. The prices are very reasonable. I bought a balloon bouquet for my husband's birthday and it is still as nice as the day I bought it two weeks later!
