“On 12/13/23 I scheduled a Passport renewal application with the Hicksville Post Office since they are a full service Postal Office. They do Passport Photos and full application review and processing. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Rose who took the time and patience to review my application and fix any missing areas, confirm my supporting documents and even provide me with information on how to obtain a clean and new Birth Certificate via the Vital Records website. Ms. Rose was a pleasure to work with and made this process very pleasant. She was quick, intelligent and helpful.
