Dropped my car off for service wrote on drop envelope please call me they never called I called to find out about the car they told me service advisor out to lunch service advisor called me back latter that day said I had an oil leak and they need 2 days to fix it I go forward with repair 2100$+ service advisor call said car is done I pay now here is where it gets me mad after paying 2100$+ dollars they left my key in the locked box outside which has 3 digits combination which I put in exactly how the picture the service advisor send me the lock didn’t open I tryed all types of ways to open it and nothing I had to call a taxi home 2days without a car didn’t even offer me a loaner I probably won’t ever be back here again unprofessional from the person that answered the phone to the service advisor the picture he send me was of the lock locked with the code so that tells me that’s probably not the code for that box if it was he would haved open it and send the code with the lock in open position I will pick up my car in the morning again I have to find my way there thanks platinum Volkswagen only good thing about the place is the mechanics and parts department but I’m not happy I wasn’t able to pick up my car after paying so much

From my initial call and visit there everyone has been totally amazing especially Nathan he took the time to transfer all my paperwork from to Huntington VW to Platinum VW also went over all of my issues with the vehicle and things i was struggling with to understand. As well as Manny in sales who's a great sales person and an upstanding person. So glad I'm dealing with this dealership and not Huntington VW. They make things work out much better.

They sent me a video of the inspection and highlighting what was needed and what wasn't. These guys are awesome, I pass another VW service outlet to get to this one . Highly recommended.

I have a 2021 ID4 that needs a software
It is malfunctioning, the GPS does not work, it does not indicate the speed limit, it loses connection among other failures. Is that normal? I hope it does not really fail!

Always a pleasure taking my car to VW. The front desk and my service rep are really hands on and communicate really well. The text service with the video from service tech Nathan are also so amazing. It’s so easy to make a decision and understand the cost of my service.

My experience with Platinum VW has been very good. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. My vehicle was fixed with no issues and I was kept informed throughout the repair. I would definitely return and recommend service if ever needed.
