My wife and I recently had the easiest and wonderfully experience with Platinum Volkswagen. They made our early lease return simple and efficient and dealing with Vildan was a pleasure. Our brand new VW atlas is smooth and drives beautifully with all the bells and whistles. Highly recommend this dealership.

Shopping for a new vehicle is always a chore and headache. For me, I want a great price out the door, reasonable trade in quote but what is fair for everyone. I believe working with Joe Riccobene accomplished both. He was up front, professional and personal with the entire process. Technology has come a long way and so the paperwork process was impressive and quick as well. It is my hope that the service center at Platinum VW will be as professional, courteous and efficient…..to be continued with that.
I would highly recommend working with Joe in your next purchase at this dealership.

Yes this is a real review. You can read my other reviews if you don’t believe me. This is one of the best dealerships I’ve been too and trust me, I’ve been to many. I’ve dealt with Ryan twice and I know I was a pain in his butt with all my questions and having him jump through hoops for me but he has come through for me twice now. They bring everything to you in black and white. If they can’t reach where you would like to be, they are honest about it. The owner has personally helped my niece with her very first car for college. His compassion will always be remembered. Thank you again.

All I can say is WOW. What an amazing honest dealership. I dealt with Manny after talking to car broker and he not only beat the price but was so honest and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them and will refer anyone i know to them as well. I have been leasing cars for years and this was by far the best experience I have had. Thank you Manny and VW.

Called to schedule an appointment with the service department for our 2021 Atlas. The woman who answered the phone was not helpful at all and didn’t seem to care about what I had to say.
I told her our car had an issue making it dangerous to drive but apparently they don’t book diagnostic appointments for Fridays and they’re closed over the weekend.
I called Volkswagen in West Islip and the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful and booked us in for 8am Friday morning. They are also open Saturdays and Sundays.

I looked around to 3 other brands of Subcompact SUV's before i decided to lease a 2024 VW TAOS SE. The other brands did not have the whole package. One had a bland interior, the other one did not have AWD, the third one changed the models to a much bigger size which did not suit my needs. I appreciated meeting Joe R. at the Platinum VW. He was a non-pressure salesman with lots experience that knows his audience. He found a perfect car and price to fit my budget and style. Once i decided on the purchase, the transaction was very smooth. The dealership felt just right; not ostentatious, not a disorganized mess; just GREAT service with quality sales people.

I just purchased a new 2024 Jetta SE from Platinum VW and it was such an easy, enjoyable experience from start to finish. Ryan was kind, knowledgeable, and was completely transparent throughout the whole process. Never did I feel pressured - he just provided me with all the straight forward information I needed and was responsive to all questions/concerns.
