Awful customer service. First of all, they charge your card in full before the ship any items, so if something is out of stock or backordered, you have to deal with trying to get customer service to refund you. I placed an order in April and FINALLY after 5-6 attempts, my card was refunded in JUNE for items that never shipped. I called and talked with someone 3 times and they kept saying "they will get to it" and I also left voicemails and emails with no response. In terms of the items I did receive, only 1 out of the 4 bags had a tag on them so they couldn't even be given as gifts. When I called to ask about the tags, I was told they would ship them to me to adhere, but of course, that never happened. Lots of stress for things that aren't even worth it. Don't bother.

I wish I saw reviews before ordering. I got sent the wrong items and paid expedited shipping to have here before Christmas. Their process wants me to pay shipping to return the items even though it was their error. Their customer service is terrible - hard to get anyone to respond. Will update if I ever get resolved. Will be contacting my credit card company to dispute

Peach Couture has nice scarves, hats, gloves, etc at great prices BUT it takes forever to get your items and customer service is almost not existent. I placed an order on Nov. 26th and didn't receive it until Dec 15th. I live less than 50 miles away! I received an email that the package was shipped Dec. 2nd, but UPS tracking showed that only a label was printed. I called customer service a couple of times during hours listed and had to leave a message. Of course, no return call so I sent an email. Response was that order is processing. Well, which is it?? Not the first time I've had problems getting my order. Will have to think twice about ordering from Peach Couture again.

I bought a box of Harry & David chocolate truffles from them through walmart.com, received everything completely melted. Contacted their support on the phone, they asked to send pictures of the package. I sent them the pics, several days passed, I contacted them again, but I never heard back from them. Do not trust or buy anything from them.

I am actually giving Peach Couture a MINUS-five star rating. I had to return an item ordered online that did not fit. I had to pay to ship it back to Peach Couture. The item was $12.95 and I was given a $7.00 refund on my credit card. I have emailed their sales department and never received a reply. It would have been cheaper to donate the non-fitting item to a charity than to return it. Sure, Peach Couture has great prices but if a purchase doesn't work out, just give it away, because sending it back is like doing the same. I will not purchase from Peach Couture and am telling my friends and business associates to do the same. J. Ray

Worst store in the world! They've send me a wrong item and I cannot return it because they did not send me a free return shipping label. After more than 10 calls and several e-mails they simply ignore me and do not send the return shipping label. Worse, customer service agent Grace asked me to withdraw my negative assessment on Google and here, and implied that the warehouse was not sending me the return label because of this. Total nonsense! Stay away from online shopping at this store if you don't want a headache.

Now starting off, i am not the type to usually go out and write a review, but the service was incredible. The sales rep named grace is awesome and super nice, almost makes me feel like i am talking to a good friend LOL!! the blanket scarf deal caught my eye so i bought it and the quality was top notch, such a good bang for the buck like seriously 2 for $25!?!?!?

The worst experience in my life! They’ve sent the wrong product 2 TIMES and I've been trying to return it for 3 weeks but they sent me an USPS Media return label to return a poncho. Obviously the Post Office did not accept it! Get away from this store! They are very tangled and not professional.

If I were able to give this company negative stars I would. If you are thinking of buying from this site RUN ....First of all the free shipping is not free if you have to return an item. They will subtract the initial shipping cost from the return. The 2 orders of 3 maxi dress special is a joke. The dresses are CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP and not true to size hence how I found you will not get a full refund. Secondly I placed 2 orders not on the same day yet the warehouse claimed they put them both in the envelope....LIE LIE LIE...there is no way all the items would have fit in the same envelope. When I received the shipment 1 order was in there and the envelope was delivered to my home OPEN and never SEALED. I have ordered many many times from companies and I know when am envelope is and has been sealed. When I realized both items had the same tracking number and stated they were delivered I contacted the company who told me the items were ALL in the same envelope shipped and I had to contact FEDEX and put a claim in. They also wanted me to take all these pictures and email them to their company along with the FEDEX claim number. I think this was a scam and it makes me so MAD to see dishonestly like this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
