I came into this place for a manicure. They asked me to pick a color and I did. (Felt like they rushed me) even though I was the only person in there. The tech who I got is Alexandra. She was good at her job however I did not feel relaxed at all. She basically put all her pressure onto my hands making me feel uncomfortable most of the time (even though I hinted that she was pressing my hands to tight). Because of the speed she was going at she wasn't very gentle with my nails. This was my first time there and at first I walked away happy because my nails at the time were looking pretty and she gave me a 5 min back massage. Couple hours later my nail breaks on my left hand. And one nail broke on my right hand. The paint job is obviously horrible because it chipped off the same day. I also woke up with terrible back pain. I think she might of torn a muscle from pressing on my back so hard from the massage. I paid $20 dollars for a manicure which isn't bad but I'm giving two stars for my broken nails and my achy back.

I went here during the week and there was not many people in the place at all. Me and my friend both got pedicures and it was a horrible experience. When getting my pedicure the lady did not turn the jet on once so the water was cold. Then she was scrubbing my feet and dropped the brush on the floor. After she dropped the brush she picked it off the floor and starting scrubbing my feet again. All of my toes are already cracked and it hasn't been a day yet. Also the prices are absolutely ridiculous each pedicure was $30 each.

If I could give them 0 stars I would worst nail salon ever what ever you do don't go to Tracy how unprofessional didn't hear a word I said to her about my nails and she cut two of them and made me bleed a lot worst nail tech I ever met and the nail salon it self forget about it, disgusting!

They get 1 Star bc the place is clean and they did a wonderful pedicure, and one more star bc the nail techs are always really nice. I got a dip powder manicure in August 6th 2020. Today is August 14th 2020 and 3 of my nails have chipped. I've had dip powder last 4 weeks without chipping. When I called to see if I can come in to fix it the woman in the phone said it would $15 to fix 3 nails. That's ridiculous considering dip powder is supposed to last for 2 weeks minimum. Won't be going back for anything other than pedicure.

This place is trash. They jacked their prices and they aren't worth it. I just paid $30 for a REGULAR pedicure. I usually put $15.

I used to go here before COVID 19. Not the greatest but good for a quick mani/pedi while doing errands. I was happy to be able to walk in no wait. Temp check to go in and a quick hand sanitizer. That was the best part of the whole mani/pedi. I'm pretty low maintenance, bring my own colors and don't need fancy. Glad I had polish because I was never shown any colors nor asked what color. Wasn't asked if I wanted my nails cut, she just cut them. Didn't ask how I wanted them filed, and don't think she understand when I told her. Didn't remove the old polish, wanted to use a drill on natural nails which I refused, my thin nails would have been paper with that. When I asked her to take the old polish off before putting on new color she stared at me either not understanding or pretending to not understand. Then made an unpleasant remark that I asked. At that point I wasn't gonna do my nails but it's been 4 months and I was desperate. No soaking, no polish removal, no lotion, no hand massage didn't even push the cuticles back. She just cut to her liking, filed how she wanted and role me to pay before color. I asked to wash before opening my purse as I had nail dust on my hands and again she stared at me like I was crazy and made a rude remark followed by there wasn't any water. Paid way more then I should have and she sent me to find the dryers myself. Which are not separated so I left because someone was being seated right next to me. I won't go back and don't recommend.

Horrible experience. This place truly wants to destroy your nails. First off this lady soaked my nails in acetone for like 15 minutes going on and off with filing each time in between. I told her an easier way and healthier way to do it and she ignored me. Told me I was a picky customer. And on top of that when she put my clear coat over my powder , she waited less than 5 minutes to put the oil on and now my polish is all scraped and uneven tones. Glue is all over my nails, didn't clean under my nails either. Zero stars. Don't waste your time here

I needed to get a pedicure so I decided to come here because my mom have been coming to this place since it was nails 2000 on the other side of the mall. I have had problems in the past and yet I still keep coming back . Today in particular a woman was asked to do my pedicure and she looked at me and back at the man and told him no and made the hand gesture as well and walked off. I was in disbelief, hurt and angry. I couldn't believe that she did that. Without even thinking I got up and left. I thought about and went back in to tell the man how I felt but I don't even think he understood what I was saying.

This is crazy. I was JUST thinking about coming back here next week simply because it's convenient and in the mall, but after reading through the reviews (especially Alexa B's), I'll NEVER be back. The nail service itself is mediocre at best. There's a place called sky nails not to far that does a way better job without all the space and amenities Victoria's nails has to offer. How embarrassing is that... I'm also not surprised by all the bad reviews on this page. If you're considering coming here, take the amount of unsatisfactory experiences as a sign that it's not worth it.

My cousin had made me an appointment with Lillian (I believe that's how you spell her name) for my birthday. The appointment was at 12:00 but she didn't get started on my nails until 12:15, the wait wasn't bad but I made an appointment and I shouldn't have had to wait at all. Anyways, It took about an hour and 30 minutes to do but it looks so pretty. The video is when I first got them done. The photo is how they look after three weeks of them getting done. My cousins nails also looked really good she got them down a week before mine by Zoe and they still look good. If you want your nails to come out good go to these girls for sure! I payed $72 with tip but without tip it's $67. I also got a gel pedicure for $35 dollars. It started to chip though after the second week.

These workers really need to learn to respect their customers and be straight up on what they can and can't do. I ask one of the guys there names James if he knew how to do a certain design I got off Pinterest and he starts to yes me to death, so I didn't want to question his skills. The process begins and he's applying the nails and all the other stuff and I seem pretty content. Right up until he gets to the painting.. I was not expecting the outcome and when I said something about how unhappy I was he kept saying "what's wrong with it , very beautiful" and then shouted across the room in his language and had another worker come over and they began to laugh. I go to the front and ask for someone to please fix my nails and give me a new person because he didn't seem to see the issue and the woman tells me there is nothing wrong but I can go have a seat. They kindly do me the favor of having someone else come and work on what was wrong AND I wish I just had them take them off. Both workers were rude, careless, and rushed. Very unhappy and disappointed In both times of getting my nails done. Not one person cared to even glance at their work and see if they needed to go over or even ask if I liked it. Just wanted the next person waiting to take my seat

The store itself is pretty big and clean conveniently located inside Broadway Mall in Hicksville. I came in here wanting to get my nails done as I was about to give birth and i wanted to get a little pampering done. Anyway onto the service: $22 for pedicure $25 for gel manicure I don't remember the techs name that did my pedicure. But its now 3 weeks later and I am not content w it because the technician cut the corner of my freaken big toe. AND IT HAS YET TO HEAL!!! How is it that your whole existence is to do nails and then you cut someone? She was trying to make small talk w me. Which i get. However one should pay attention to their work! I asked her not to massage my foot. But then she also decided to skip the scrub too. Ughs. My cut hurts as I keep applying neosporin and bandage it hoping it would heal. But NOPE. Will def not be returning.
