Rubina aunty is the kindest and most caring! I ordered my engagement, nikkah, mehndi, and reception dresses from her and she was very attentive and made my dresses exactly the way I wanted. Each dress came out beautifully and I received so many compliments on my outfits. My husband also got his nikkah and mehndi outfits from her, which were phenomenal. I will definitely be coming back for future outfits. I highly recommend shopping from here!

I recently had a dress made from here and it was ✨ perfect ✨ , or dare I say, even better than I had envisioned. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was definitely on the pricier side but oh so totally worth it. I received so many compliments on how beautiful and intricate the embroidery work was. I will definitely be going back to them in the future! Plus Rubina aunty is always very responsive and sweet! Highly recommend! ?/ ?

Amazing experience, my go to place to shop for desi attire. Highly recommend. They have a range of options. From my wedding events, to my sons aqiqah, to party and holiday wear shopping here you’ll never regret it. Worth every penny, getting quality pieces that last a lifetime. Rubina and her husband are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.

This place is beyond unprofessional. Even one star is a generous rating for this place.Your wedding day is supposed to be special and joyous. Moughal Boutique went out of their way to ensure that did not happen. From late arrival of the outfits to outfits arriving with stains and completely incorrect measurements (that they took themselves). On top of all that they refused to make things right even after admitting their mistakes. All I can say to anyone thinking about using Moughal Boutiques services I implore you, look elsewhere!Especially when there are so many top tier clothing options in Hicksville. Save your self the time and stress on your wedding day and look elsewhere!

Moughal Boutique is by far my favorite place to shop for Pakistani dresses. Rubina aunty carries high quality, fashionable designs. I've had custom outfits designed as well, which came out superb. Even if some minor things go wrong Aunty is happy to fix it, which is a big part of the customer care. I would highly recommend.

Customized a wedding dress weeks before the wedding and received the dress on the same day but with the completely wrong color that the bride had chosen and had to pay the exact same price to purchase a similar dress without a discount or anything for the inconvenience. Do not recommend this store.

My family and I ordered clothes for my wedding from Moughal. I ordered my husbands sherwani, hat, and shoes from here and they completely ruined it. Not only was the sherwani SUPER late (at least 3 weeks after they promised it) but the fabric and buttons were all messed up. The buttons were crooked, there were wide gaps between the buttons and the buttons would not connect or close. They also ordered the wrong size shoes and hat for the sherwani and it took more time to get those. The owner admitted that the sherwani was made incorrectly and attempted to fix it but was unable to and then later claimed we owed her money for trying to unsuccessfully fix the product they ruined. What made matters worse is the owners husband literally SCEAMED at me for sharing my frustrations. I was just asking for help or a refund after they admittedly ruined a wedding outfit. It is never okay for someone to yell at anyone, it was deeply concerning. The owner just stood there, looking upset as her husband yelled, but said nothing. This was without a doubt the most unprofessional behavior I've ever experienced and honestly, I was scared by the way this man shouted at me. The worst part of the experience was not the errors and lateness, but the lack of ownership, accountability, and empathy from the owner and her husband. The owner admitted the Sherwani was incorrectly made, but they did not refund us or apologize. It was completely disheartening, unprofessional, and frankly just inappropriate. Had the owners husband been respectful and professional, I still would've considered supporting this buisness because the woman that owns it can be kind but they really overpromised and were beyond disrespectful when the order was incorrect. It's too bad because the woman that owns it seemed nice up until there was a mistake made, the way she and her husband handled it showed their true colors. I ended up taking the sherwani to Samaira Mens and although they couldn't fix it, they respectfully tried and did the best they could. We wasted over $1500 at Moughal and would never recommend them to anyone.Aside from just the mistakes they made with the sherwani, the clothes that my cousins ordered from here were not altered on time. Weeks after the expected pick up date my cousin called the owner and the owner finally responded and said okay meet me at this house in Hicksville for alterations... It took WEEKS for the owner to get a simple alteration done. Finally 1 week before my wedding she was able to get pick it up. Again, overpromised, lack of communication, and completely unprofessional. Before ordering clothes for my wedding I had bought clothes from Moughal and occasionally there had been issues with alterations and outfits not being ready on time, I should've went with my gut and not bought anything from here but I would have never thought that they would be this unprofessional. Based on my experiences I do not recommend Moughal. I strongly suggest you save your money, go to a different business...

Excellent selection and unbeatable service. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Great overall shopping experience. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for formal Pakistani attire!
