Rude and very unhelpful. I asked him why he charges $20-30 for a battery replacement and he said I could go somewhere else because it is a lot of work to put a battery in. Did not care at all. I just wanted to know if it was worth it and he seemed both lazy and rude. Bye!

Excellent and honest services for watch repair. The gentleman who owns the place gave me an estimate of what the services I required for my Rolex, recommended one or two additional (minor) services I should consider, and a timeline for the repairs. In the event, both his estimate and timeline were pretty nearly spot on. I highly recommend this place for watch repairs or servicing.

I have an antique gold watch I inherited when my grandmother died. The crystal needed replacement and I lost the original. I brought it in and because it is over 50 years old and a square face he explained it will be difficult to find a replacement and it could take a few weeks. He could tell how nervous I was about leaving the watch with a stranger, so kindly offered for me to take pics of himself and the watch and the receipt to quell my fears. It did take a while, I called to check in after 3 weeks and he Lmk it would be about one more. The following week he called and I went to pick up the watch. They really did a beautiful job! The crystal was a different shape to the one I had seen (I don't believe the broken one was original) and it fit like a glove and actually improved the profile of the watch, making it more sleek and less likely to catch on things as it's a raised crystal design. Oh! And when I went to pick it up I brought another watch I inherited and was curious about and he was so knowledgeable!! He told me the watch was about 80 years old and in full working order, that I should hold on to it and even showed me how to use the locking mechanism! Just kind advice- no charge!! I'm super happy and would recommend using this company. And if you're nervous.... Take a pic! Good luck!

A “gem” on Broadway. I stopped in to get a battery replaced on my Mom’s watch. The gentleman was super courteous. He even pointed out some sharp edges on the watch band pins from when it got sized and smoothed it for Mom.I wish I could give him 10 Stars!
