Had a scheduled delivery (next day) that never arrived. Upon calling the store, dispatch said that the delivery drivers called and said they were 15 minutes away- however no call was received to any of the 2 numbers I left for contact, no one knocked at the door or no follow up was made -and now I have to wait another 3 days for my items to be delivered and set up!

Ordered smartframe 3 weeks back. Confirm delivery date and took off work to accommodate and avoid delay. Their bot called for advise 5 minute arrival. All good at this point.
Then it gets sour fast. Delivery team arrives being very abrupt and no greeting (I let that slide). He wants to survey location before delivery to my floor (elevator and no stairs). He looks and said it won’t food and needs new bed? The one i ordered has zero clearance so it goes on top of my platform. Offered for them to leave it but he states that it HAS TO GO BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE.
I call sales rep who reaches to warehouse at 1130am and I’m writing this at 547PM without a response ?.
Writing corporate is next.

Otr..receiving was open at 0630, my appt was for 1000 got a door and started unloading…bummer
Anyways I’ll go back to this location, good staff ??

I seldom post negative reviews but the staff are inept. I waited for over an hour to pick up a mattress even though I was told by the store manager to go there asap.. They almost broke the camera on my car because they wanted to put the mattress on the top of it. No one spoke fluent English, so it was hard to communicate.

Horrible customer service. I regret spending any money at this place. Had to call the Lynbrook store just to get the warehouse to OPEN THE DOOR for us to pick up. Jane at Lynbrook didn't even stay in the phone long enough to make sure I was helped. I would get my money back if I could. Worst experience ever. I only came to the warehouse because the store can't get the stock in house any more (that was said right from an employees mouth). Go ANYWHERE ELSE of possible.

my issue is with mattress firm as a whole, not specifically this location. Placed an order several weeks ago, was told items would be here within 3 to 5 days. Now it’s weeks later, and I’m told the items will not arrive for another month and a half! Salesman (Michael Mahone) is a horrible salesman. Doesn’t respond to text messages, emails, or phone calls!! Tried to cancel my order, cannot get a hold of anybody at any location whatsoever! Or online!! WHAT A JOKE!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Very good company, I make Deliveres and I always download the trailer very fast, and the best thing is that it is almost always empty????
