Really bad experience with this body shop. My insurance provider advised me to go to them. The car was in great shape and running normal, except for rear bumper being banged. After taking the car they called me in 2 days and gave an estimate of approx $2000.00. I do not hear from them for weeks. When I call and ask, they tell me that the repair bill is approx $20k and the car needs to be totaled. And the team of this auto body shop and insurance company forced me to get the car totaled by threatening me that if I take the car away, it will be declared as salvaged and i will not get insurance and I will need to pay them to put the car back together. It is unfortunate that such kind of dealings are done and the customer is left paying the price. I cannot believe how this shop changed the repair bill from $2k to $20k at a whim and made sure that I was in no position to get the car out of their hands by scaring me of time and money and consequences.

Recently was rear ended on the LIE. GEICO recommended Madden’s and they were on the money. Good friendly service and my car was fixed properly. Everything was explained, no hassles, my car was ready in the timeframe I was given. I highly recommend Madden’s

I cannot say enough great things about this business. From the time I brought my vehicle in to the time it was fixed they were professional and timely. They also helped me with my rental car and spoke to my insurance company about the upcharge related to the rental. All in all an A++ experience.

I don’t even know where to begin. I can’t even put into words what amazing experience I had with this autobody shop. I was in a really difficult and bad situation with my car. I had gone to other places where no one really was trying to help me, I called Madden’s they told me to come on down right away. They were incredibly kind. But the most important thing that they were was honest and respectful. Now, I normally don’t like to say this, but as a woman, we know that sometimes dealing with automotive situations we get taken advantage of or spoken down to. I was treated with the upmost respect. They helped me when nobody else would. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with an automotive situation. I will be recommending everybody I know to them for their amazing work, kindness, and respect that I was shown.Service: Auto body & trim repair

This place gave me an excellent customer service, and repair work done on my car was top-notch and detailed. Mark, the main guy, even fixed a minor problem on a different front bumper at no charge. Highly recommended.

It's a scam, they don't fix cars unless they remove an fenders and parts ,buy completely new 1s an up charge you on every part. Only go if you're going through insurance, they're not a normal autobody. I live by there an they do subpar work from what I see.

My Dad & I have been going to Madden's for years. They've always done a fantastic job & are fairly priced. They also are realistic in terms of getting your car back to you in an appropriate time frame. Have recommended them to numerous friends & they've always been happy.

Great place. I used him a few years back for minor body work, was very satisfied. Today I went in due to minor damage to undercarriage from hitting a high curb. Had one of his guys fix it for no charge, took 20 min while I waited. So great choice.
