Nick and Crew did an excellent job on our new system install. Had a system from the 80's, and they removed the entire old system and brought us up to date. Arrived on time, helped design system with several unknown variables in play in the future (something other companies were not at all willing to work with me on); and, they followed up and made adjustments after the install. If you're seeing <4 stars and are concerned (like I was), you'll notice all negative reviews are from people who never actually received service. I recommend.

Long Island Lawn Sprinklers serviced my yard just last week. They were on time, friendly and professional. They replaced 3 of my sprinkler heads very efficiently.

I have used a few times and Nick is very nice and knows what he is doing. Challenge is he is super busy and always rushed and has told me a few times that they would come back to finish he job, old sprinklers out of zones and some spots irrigate too much and others too little, but he doesn't return. Again very nice and competent, but wish they were reliable!

I was using a different company at the time when I had an emergency in a Friday night. One sprinkler head was shooting up water and just turning the system off didn't work. When my current company does don't answer ( apparently no weekend or evening service) I called Long Island Lawn Sprinklers. It was about 7:00pm and the owner Nick answered the phone himself and was at our house shortly after. He was very professional and so personable. Thankfully he was able to fix the problem with no issues. He was so caring and concerned, and in talking with him I found out that he came to us just prior to having to attend, if I remember correctly, his own engagement party. I knew this was a guy with a work ethic I admire and gave him my business from that day forward. I've never been sorry for switching companies.
