Placed order on May 26th (weekend). Seller took money on May 29th.
Never received any communication, order number or tracking number from seller.
Called on May 31st for tracking info, they "can't provide one yet, E-Mail by this Friday". Never came.
Called on June 06th for tracking info, they "can't provide one yet, E-Mail by this Friday". Never came
Called on June 10th for tracking info, they "can't provide one yet, E-Mail by this Friday".
Pushed for more info and she hung on on us.
Down $50, No switch plates so far!

Product came with a defect. It took over 20 minutes to get a replacement. Once request was made, the part came quickly but it was pretty frustrating getting that far. I will shop elsewhere.

I purchased a bunch of pulls and knobs. Paid about $50 for overnight shipping only to find out they will ship overnight once the company submits the order to the manufacturer and then the Manufacturer proceeds through there order processing system including order entry, pick and ship. Come on really? Amazon will deliver you same day and these coconuts took 10 days to deliver something I paid overnight for. Calls to Customer service were ignored. Knobs4less, you are dead to me!!!!!!!

I had no problems other than a cabinet pull that was damaged. I emailed them a picture of the damaged pull and they sent out the replacement immediately.

My husband ordered a knob for a rent home back in September. We have yet to receive it. They never give us updates. I have had to call multiple times only to be told it will be in (this date etc). I just tried to call them an nobody answers. I can't even say what I think about them. It isn't very nice.I ☹

Horrible Horrible customer service!!! Do not use this company!! I order door handle on November 2021. The product is still not here snd after 16 phone calls NO ONE can tell me where my order is....And they already charged me over 2 months ago The customer service reps are dude snd nasty!!!

Worst online vendor I've ever ever ever done business with. Wound up having to spend $20+ to return product that had been cancelled well with in their time frame of less than 24 hrs. Product was shipped 2 full business days after cancellation. (So shipment back should not have been necessary) Multiple calls resulted in a lot of lies (including falsifying the shipment date), unanswered and no return phones calls from Kim, and nasty short attitude from customer service. Additionally I did buy the same Siro handles through Amazon (cheaper!!!) and they came with screws that had to be cut to proper length (which I had no tools for) and some screws that just wouldn't thread. Bad quality product ! BUYER BEWARE!! Please pay attention to the negative reviews of them!

Recently ordered new hardware for our kitchen. They order was shipped on time and arrived in good order. The product quality was great and the ordering experience from Knobs was first rate. Will be using them again in future.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I am certain this is a scam and they are “confused” on purpose. The customer service representatives are incredibly rude and the email service is nonexistent. They sent the wrong knobs and will not send new ones despite me sending the pictures they requested of the incorrect product. I cannot get a refund OR the correct knobs. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT order from this company!
