Went to iFixScreens in Hicksville to repair the screen on my Galaxy S21 Ultra, and Artie had the phone diagnosed in less than 10 min (to be sure it was the screen that was the issue, which it was) and had a new screen installed in 15-20 min. Less than 30 min. from start to finish and my phone is working perfectly and looks beautiful with the new screen. The comfy couch in front of the TV was a bonus while I waited. I will definitely be using Artie from this point forward and will be recommending him to my friends.

Spent $430 to replace the screen on my iPhone & still needed to spend over $1000 on a new phone. Phone came back to me with no working front camera, when I told the guy he said “well I don’t know”. Didn’t offer to look at it or fix it once the money was in his hand. Screen glitches, battery doesn’t stay charged, need to have brightness up at all times or can’t see screen. Have to constantly turn phone on and off so I can use the screen. Save your money & just buy the new phone or if you have apple deal with them instead. This place is a waste. And the staff doesn’t seem to care about anything except for $$$.

They have listed wrong timings online.
They told me they close at 5. And cannot serve me after 5. But online shows it closes at 6 PM. Please be careful and schedule visit accordingly.

Came here in June to fix my daughter’s iPad and was received with professionalism and prompt response to my issues. I had my iPad back within 15 minutes.
Then came back today after 5pm to fix my son’s cracked iPhone and again, item back in 10 minutes and done with perfection.
Top quality repair with great honest owners! Will be returning again if I have to.

I called about my Mac book screen, just get an estimated price. This guy was so rude! Not sure if he was having a bad day or what. He proceeds to say “ why are you calling around asking people their prices” isn’t that what you do??? I’m not just going to give out money randomly especially something that’s valuable to me that need to be fixed. Who ever work April 1st around 4:55pm needs to be fired! I was literally going to come in and actually do business with them! But I’ll take my service someone else. He told me I should just wait until the owner comes in

Broke the screen on my cell phone. Long story short they did not have my screen in stock and it would not be ready till the next. Understanding my situation and how much I need my phone for work etc. They gave me a phone to use and switched my number to it so I would not miss anything .
In my opinion the service was outstanding and they went above and beyond for me. I can't thank them enough.
