No Return Policy I purchased one cabinet hinge from Myknobs along with one cabinet hinge from four other companies in order determine the best match with my new gold knobs. When matching hardware, this is a common thing consumers do. Their hinge did not match the best along with three other hinges. I had no problem returning any of the other hinges. However even though my purchase was within the 30 day window , Myknobs refused to allow me to return the product because I installed the hinge to view it with the cabinet knob. Again this is something I did with all the other hinges and typical for consumers to do when they purchase a sample. I will never purchase from this company again and do not recommend them due to their poor understanding of customer needs and poor customer service.

I ordered a towel ring from emtek on 12/06/23. Fed Ex reported the product missing to my knobs. My knobs marked it as completed/ Delivered. I had to call to state what fed ex already reported to them reported to them, They at the time said "oh Yeah I see that" at the time of my call is when they issued a replacement. No further communication until I called again on 2-9-24. They stated we just issued you a credit 1-29-24. I have received 0 communications/ explanations as to why they can not fulfill the order. The item is still on the website and not discontinued, I guess they didn't want to be bothered.

Avoid! It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my small order. Company has no idea where my order is and they have no timeline. No apology or refund on shipping either. Go to another site and avoid this company.

I placed an order, and the order status was updated to "sent to warehouse" the next day. Eight days later I received an email telling me that everything in my order was backordered 3 weeks. I had to cancel and scramble around for another solution. There is no reason why it should have taken that long to notify me of a backorder--any reasonable site would have known this before I shopped and I thus never would have ordered those items. But even a mediocre seller should have been able to tell me in a day or two. Eight days?? That's unacceptable.

I received the two pulls which were sample requests, and subsequently received a credit when I placed my actual order. I appreciate the ability to order samples and get reimbursed when orders are placed.

When in Hawaii, I ordered package of 10 cabinet handles. Needed them before I left. Timing was very critical. Paid $79 for expedited shipping. Never got them. Bought the 1 I actually needed at local Home Depot. Shipped them with USPS for $7. They were delivered and will be installed today. DO NOT BELIEVE what Myknobs says on their website. Total lack of service and follow through.

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered 72 cabinet knobs from this company and could not install them right away because of cabinet delays, which are not unusual nowadays. Found out that I needed fewer big handles and more small handles than I ordered, but MyKnobs refused to help with any returns/exchanges after 30 days. My handles were in factory sealed packages and resealable as they were shipped to me. Their site shows thousands of each in stock and ready to ship, so what difference would it make to take back such a small quantity - even with a restocking fee? You can do much better with your money elsewhere from people who actually care about the customers who buy from them.

I purchased a coat rack. The backboard of the rack is made of laminated cardboard and is of poor quality. My Knobs shipped the coat rack in EXTREMELY POOR packaging - basically sponge cardboard pieced together in China. Company did not provide any extra protection in shipping while charging excess shipping. This resulted in damage in shipping. SEE PHOTOS. Very poor return policy - you will end up being ripped off. Even if returned for damage be prepared to navigate a complicated return policy with substantial restocking fee charges. This company is a drop shipper and takes no responsibility for their own quality control, packaging, and poor return policy.

Returns are not free and depending on the manufacturer MyKnobs charges a restocking fee. Customer service said they would not charge a restocking fee but they did anyway. It cost me money to use them when you can purchase same or similar products from other companies who offer free returns and no stocking fees. I will not use them again.

Don't order online - Terrible support and terrible return policy, even when it's their fault. MyKnobs is a drop shipper, something I discovered after placing my order. While being a drop shipper is acceptable, a company must take responsibility for the products they sell, especially if their supplier fails to fulfill the order correctly. I ordered a $364 Emtek handleset with a "Right Handle" configuration. Instead, they sent me a "Left Handle" configuration. This is problematic because I have double doors, and the "Left Handle" configuration prevents the other door from opening. Despite clear evidence that I received the incorrect handle, MyKnobs only offered a return if I covered the shipping costs and paid a 25% restocking fee. They placed the blame on Emtek, refusing to assist further. To rectify their error, I'd have to pay over $100. Regardless of whether Emtek is at fault, I made my purchase with MyKnobs, and they should uphold their responsibility to their customers.

Never order anything from MyKnobs.com, they charge ridiculous restocking fees and customer service is poor. It's not really a business it's more of a scam.

Horrible with returns. Don't shop at this company. Ordered Emtek pocket door hardware. They did not include the strike plate in the box. Still trying to charge me a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping for their mistake! On top of that had to wait 8 days for return no. Then myknobs failed to provide the address and return instructions. Still have been unable to return this poor quality lock after 10 days of communication with myknobs. Extremely poor customer service. Never shop here again. Go to build.com.
