Best Doggie Day Care Ever. Our Jax loves this place so much, that he now grabs his harness and sits by the door. If he could drive himself he would. The staff is absolutely amazing, and you can tell how much love they have for our fur babies.

The entire staff is amazing at Hounds town. Someone is always available to answer any questions I had. My dog loves coming here, she runs in the door when we drop her off. They do such fun events with all the dogs. We truly love bringing her here for daycare. For boarding I feel comfortable leaving her with people that she knows and they know her.

Couldn't ask for better staff. No live webcams to view them however our dog always seems to have a great time and is eager to go. Love the pictures they post on their Facebook group. They do a lot of photo shoots and stuff for the dogs, sprinklers and outdoor time in the summers, pup cups, and there is often a birthday with treats provided by other owners.Check them out!

I brought my puppy to the Hicksville location for day care. When we got home we noticed he had a cut on his face. Looks like a little bite mark to me. When I called and I spoke to the owner. The owner proceeded to scream at me on the phone when I told her I was concerned that no one noticed the cut on his face. The owner is extremely RUDE and unprofessional. I was only concerned that no one noticed the cut and maybe they can monitor the puppy a little more. She started to brag that they've been in business for 7 years and have many locations. This Doesn't give her the right to yell and brag to me. She clearly doesn't care about the dogs going to this facility. DO NOT bring your dog here! She ended the conversation by saying to me that maybe this place isn't for me when I was only trying to express my concern for a valid reason.

Fantastic place!! My dog LOVES going here!! The staff are always friendly and professional and he runs to great them tail wagging and tongue hanging out every time. I work in veterinary medicine and this place is always very professional and my dog well taken care of. Highly recommend!!!

Everyone in staff is very nice and accommodating. Caroline, Trish, Maria and rest of staff just make your day. Our pup is always happy and excited to go to this location too. They regularly share pics on their facebook group when dogs are playing and you can see the fun and happiness in their faces. (God knows how they take such good pics and get dogs to look directly at camera) Highly recommend them if your dogs needs daycare or overnight stay!

My dog gypsy goes here daily usually 5 days a week. He’s always super excited to go there and loves the whole staff and his doggie friends. They also take the best pictures when they have events!

Excellent! Our dog stayed there for 4 weeks and everything was perfect. Now she is home and happy. We also called them to hear about our dog once a week and every time the staff was friendly and helpful. Hounds Town also offered us a try out before leaving our dog there to check if she liked it.

My Mia will be 3 years old in May. She's a 4.5 lb yorkie that barks at all dogs. It's my fault for not socializing her when she was younger. I was told to try a day care so she could be exposed to other dogs. I visited 3 different places and wasn't pressed until I walked into Hounds Town in Bethpage. Place is clean and everyone I spoke to to was so nice and answered my questions and concerns. Yesterday was Mia's first day and she did well. When it was time to go, they brought her out and she started falling asleep before we left. I was told she played well and seemed to enjoy herself even though she was a little shy at first. Oh, and I received a Report Card with names of her new friends she made. I'm so happy I chose Hounds Town. Mia will go 1 to 2 times a week so she will learn to play and hopefully not bark like she did. Thank you! Mia and Linda

Our dog loves Hounds Town Hicksville, and so do we! The staff are amazing and truly care for the well being of the dogs, they quickly reply to any questions and post adorable pictures of the dogs! The on-site grooming and bath services are also super convenient. Whether it's for daycare, boarding or a party we know that Roxy will come home happy and tired. We are able to relax and enjoy vacation knowing that our dog is being well cared for and can't imagine having a dog without HT!

I left our pup (for the first time) with Hounds Town, and was so pleasantly surprised every step of the way. When we got there, staff was considerate to make sure our pup Dottie was acclimation and placed with the same energy- level dogs. I called to check on her during the day, and was given an update with relevant details, and heard that she was having so much fun! When she was picked up, she was tired but sooo happy. Can't wait to bring her back again. Thanks!

Hounds Town was incredibly decent towards my two kitties. They took great care of them the few days they were there. The staff is professional as well as friendly. I knew they were in great hands. I’ll be sure to bring them here again in the future!
