Worst experience ever , spend over 300 Dollars to fix the generator. They gave it back to me worse than how I left it, the generator started giving me more problems. Never going back there.Don't waste your time or money.

Avoid their service and save your time and money. Took my bike to get a patch to rear tire. They did not even balance it. Rim was scratched. Took the bike back and they told me to change the tire without even checking.

I purchased a Honda Grom from Champion Honda in 2017. It was the best experience I've had at a dealership here on Long Island.
As you can tell, this is my second 5 star review. You guys offer great financing & layaway plans.
Their salesman, Joe, is more than willing to help you get what you need.
I'm looking forward to my new 2024 Honda CBR600RR!!!!!
Can't go wrong with CHAMPION HONDA!

Went to Champion in January after doing alot of research on a Honda CB500X. Was told a 3 month wait it has to ordered, I said ok no problem. More research revealed Honda was not selling any 2024 models in America. About one month later I called Joey and he did some searching and found me a 2023 new in the crate. 1 week later I bought my 1st motorcycle. Great experience dealing with the staff at Champion!!! My next Honda will be another Champion purchase.

Called up to check inventory and get an out the door price, they said they don’t give out the door prices…….. how am I supposed to know how much it’s going to cost me if you won’t give me the price, then the salesman asked me where I live and trying to make small talk, I said I just wanted to know the OTD price, he got an attitude with me and slammed the phone down…….. definitely will never be going here, that was one of the rudest and unprofessional thing I’ve experienced from a dealership
This is the only dealership that won’t give an OTD price which makes you wonder what else they’re hiding from customers

I recently visited Honda Champion for a simple tire change and left feeling utterly disappointed with their service. Not only did they charge an sky-high labor fee, but the lack of transparency and communication made the experience even more frustrating.
Upon scheduling the appointment over the phone, I expected a straightforward process. However, the representative failed to mention anything about the hefty labor charge for a simple tire change. Had I known about this, I would have reconsidered bringing my vehicle to Honda Champion. 2HOUR LABOR CHARGE i.e 136 x 2 = $ 312 for change of two tires only.
Upon arrival, the lack of clarity persisted. There was no upfront discussion about the additional labor cost until after the service was completed. Two hours of labor for a tire change is simply unreasonable and feels like a blatant attempt to overcharge customers.
Furthermore, the staff's attitude during drop-off was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed more interested in rushing through the process without properly informing me of the associated costs.
Overall, my experience at Honda Champion was disappointing and left me feeling taken advantage of. I would caution others against using their services unless they are prepared to be hit with unexpected charges and poor communication.

Bought 2 Goldwings from them
Beating the price of all other dealers. OEM parts and factory trained service. They complicated machines
My girl will have 80000 miles soon I was told I'd get 250m before a rebuild! I BELIEVE IT
No problems just routine maintanance by Champions!

Best place to get your motorcycle serviced and if you're looking to buy Joey is your man to go to. This is where I bought my bike and I am very happy with it.

It's always a good idea to get a pre-approved rate before visiting a dealer, even more so if you're headed here.
Was the website advertised inventory sold the day before your visit?
Parts department is on point, though.

I bought an old 1971 Honda CB500 from Champion. I live across the country, not in NY. The entire experience was conducted via email, phone, and online. I know that can be risky when buying a vehicle, but I knew what I was looking for, I knew what I was buying, I believe the price was fair, and now that I have the bike I can say Champion represented everything properly. That’s not to say I wasn’t hesitant to send a check across the country, but again it all worked out. I’m definitely happy with the sale and excited to enjoy my piece of moto history.
I dealt with Steve during the sale. He was always polite and professional. He was accommodating and provide additional pictures and information when I asked. I’m very satisfied with the service I received.
For anyone wondering, I had the bike shipped with Federal Motorcycle Transport, who did a great job getting it to me.
