Canceled my reservation the night before I was due to pickup the car causing undue hardship. The worst of the worst treatment I ever received when calling customer (non)service.

Really worst experience. Workers don’t even know membership levels of Hertz. Even if you have a reservation, they don’t have cars for you when you get there.

Took over 30 mins to get the car, it was dirty with stains all over the seats. I returned the car with a full tank of gas on time and they are now charging me for 1 gallon of gas and I just got charged $60 a couple days after my rental. Avoid this place.
