I dealt with two individuals named Shamara and Ibraheem at GEM PAWN BROKERS today , Monday March 11th, 2024 and I must say that the experience was pleasantly surprising! Both individuals were the epitome of respectful, courteous, kind and at the same time professional in conducting business! Their customer service was exemplary, and I wouldn’t be surprised if I came to learn that this store probably earns better than many others in the chain! Two thumbs up for awesome service! I tip my hat…….. or at least I would if I wasn’t bald headed and actually wore a hat to tip?!

i brought in a bunch of jewelry to sell. the girl took the diamond heart off the necklace and scooped up everything but the diamond heart to give back to me! didn't realize until i was home. i called and of course she said she didn't have it. to top it off she offered $400 less then 2 other stores i went to.

The store manager is the best! It's a great place to go to buy and sell. Prices they give you are not bad at all. I will be going back in the future. This is by far the best Pawn Shop in Long Island. You are treated with respect and given a fair price on selling items. There's nothing bad that I can say about this place only good things because it's a great place to go.
