My husband took my daughters car in because she was having problems with the air conditioning. He told them she needed the car when she got back from vacation because she needed the car to get to work. He took it in on Wednesday and today on Saturday we still don't have the car. They kept telling him that they would call for an update especially today since they close at 12. They never called and they just closed and we don't have the car. he has been going there for 25 years. now my daughter has to uber to go to work.
