Judy was the kindest person and such a joy to work with. We were looking for a bathroom vanity and were so exhausted of going to so many places that ignored you until you started to wave around a credit card. Not Judy. It didn't matter how far along we were in the process, she took the time to walk us through our options and even followed up a few days later with more options. The level of customer service is unparalleled and for that, I will definitely find a way to work with them again.

Judy and Elsa are the best! They are friendly and kind and they actually care. They take their time with their customers and help as you need. I returned to Elsa several times for my bathroom vanity and countertop, and a seat bench for my shower. They were very professional and accommodating. Ran into one small issue and they fixed it promptly. I already recommended a friend to use them for her kitchen and bath! Love my new vanity! Thank you Elsa and Judy!Services: Worktops

We had a great experience with Michael and Judy when we did our kitchen and bath renovations. They made good suggestions and were very informative about what every aspect of the cabinets entailed. Our home is a historic heritage site and so there were special adjustments to be made for the old house and they came out perfect!

Forever Kitchen & Bath is truly the best!!! We did a whole new kitchen renovation, plus two bathrooms. Judy and Michael from Forever Kitchen & Bath worked closely with our contractor every step of the way to make sure everything was “just right”! Since we were changing the layout in the kitchen, it was difficult to see the design details. Judy utilized today’s technology to print out the design in 3-D, and then I could see the new kitchen with my own eyes. With a few minor tweaks, we were on our way!The products that Forever Kitchen & Bath offers are of excellent quality and beautiful in appearance. From cabinetry, granite and marble tops, door and drawer pulls, wall and floor tiles, and the expert design input from Judy and Michael all worked together to make our renovation experience wonderful and the finished work beautiful!!! People are really astounded at the beauty of our house now, and it has been our pleasure to send other friends and family to Forever Kitchen & Bath, knowing that they will be in good hands, and confident that they will be as thrilled as we have been when their renovations are complete!

From start to finish, Forever Kitchen & Bath were top notch. Everything was done just as we asked for our new bathroom. They helped us pick out all the details to make the process incredibly easy and smooth. They will give you such a good experience. This is the place to go to for your renovation!

I initially had a good experience in the store, with Michael (January 2020). He wasn't pushy and seemed to completely understand what I wanted. Within 24 hours of walking into the store, I had handed over a check to him for more than 4K for cabinets and a countertop (they don't take credit cards). These are the problems that arose in the following months, hence my low rating: (1) The cabinets were on backorder and took longer than expected to arrive to me. (2) The cabinets arrived on a huge truck and I was solely responsible for offloading the cabinets from the truck and carrying them into my home (approximately 10 heavy boxes). (3) The cabinets were not "soft closing" as I had specifically requested. Michael eventually gave me the "soft closing" hardware, after all of the cabinets were installed. (Specifically, I had to remove my own "hard closing" hardware and exchange them with Michael for his USED "soft closing" hardware, and then install the "soft closing" hardware myself.) (4) I had to make another trip to the store to get the drawer handles, since no one could include these with my cabinet delivery or any other time I was at the store (this was my fifth trip to the store in about one week). (5) One of the cabinet drawers was not one big drawer as I had requested, but instead was divided into two smaller drawers of limited usefulness. This problem was never resolved. (6) One cabinet never properly closed. After countless texts and phone calls to Michael over the next several months, during which I repeatedly pleaded with him to reorder the broken cabinet rails/hardware, Michael finally had the correct replacement part delivered to his store in August 2020 (yes, SEVEN months after I placed my initial order with Michael). I had to pick this up at his store and install it myself. Although the cabinets and countertop are decent, I won't be returning to this store.

Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable. The best part of my visit was the 2 designers. They worked with me to get me the kitchen of my dreams. As far as prices go in my opinion I got a lot of bang for my buck. I would highly recommend.

I am sooooo pleased with my new countertops that were purchased and installed by Forever Kitchens !! The installers were totally professional. Dealing with Michael was a pleasure because I can be a pain in the neck !! I highly recommend this company !!
