I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Tracy's attitude was incredibly rude. Despite coming here at least 3 times a week to drop packages and spending over $20,000 per month with FedEx, I was shocked by the bad of customer service attitude. Most of the time, I drop off shipments, but occasionally I need to purchase empty boxes from Staples and bring them to this station to pack everything. This was only the second time I've had to do this because I don't have a tape in my car.Tracy threw me a roll of tape and instructed me to pack the package on the floor, all the while claiming she had warned me about this previously. This action felt incredibly disrespectful, especially given the significant amount of business I conduct with them. When I contested, explaining that I didn't remember being informed about bringing my own tape, she accused me of yelling at her. It's truly disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior from FedEx employees at this station

Excellent service by the young man who waited on me, performed two transactions with two payments. Five stars specifically because this man was completely professional, efficient, and knew all the service options very well. The area is congested, but there was ample off-street parking at this location at 9 AM on a Thursday.

I was at the Hicksville NY (11801) location to print some color illustrations from the self-service printers, but they kept printing too big. I was told that - for some inexplicable reason - those printers were now formatted to size any print out to the paper size chosen, thus making a 100% actual size print impossible. What kind of nonsense is that??? I never had this problem before. What the hell good is a printer that can’t print actual size documents? Until this is rectified I’ll be letting other people know and taking my business elsewhere.

Needed to ship something out but wanted to talk with an employee however one of the woman there insisted that I did not need her for anything even though I told her I needed her help. She pointed me towards a kiosk and did no even bother to show me how to use it. Another customer on line was helping me use it as she watched while not even dealing with any customers herself

I went into this location attempting to ship out a package to a dear friend for the holidays. I stayed to the associate Abby I need to ship the item out but I’m not certain how to do so what the right items. She looks at the the item and takes it to her manager Stephanie who advised I had to contact dangerous good due to a flammable item. I informed her no problem I can remove the item which will prolong the delay. She states I don’t know if you’re able to do so . I call dangerous goods while still in the store and was informed I had to schedule a pick up. I informed the associate Abby once again I do not need to schedule a pick up I’m removing the flammable product, I ship this item all the time what is the issue now? I asked for a supervisor who will have more knowledge about the situation at hand and was approached by a Stephanie who was listening behind the counters to everything that was occurred who then states she was the one who informed the associate to relay the information to me do to her being uncertain of the flammable product. I stated again I’m removing the item why am I not able to ship the product ? I just need the proper materials being that I have no more. She states sure you will have to purchase packing tape, the box etc. I stayed mam I am aware I have to purchase in order to ship I’ve done so numerous of times what is with the condescending attitude? I then asked her name and if another location is still open due to her attitude in assisting a paying customer. I will recommend all colleagues to continue using other carrier services or no longer shop at this location. I hope no corner business owners experience what I have in the displeasing location.

Staff was extremely helpful . Packed some large artwork , great packing job and assisted with a FedEx Freight pickup . Would highly recommend this location and the staff . Thank you

Wow, spacious location with ample parking. Was in the area so came to pack and ship something out. Full service pack and ship along with plenty of other services. Very spacious inside and they also have greeting cards in case one needs that too. Prices for the box sizes are available so no need to inquire. Very friendly and helpful staff who took care of my shipping needs - packaged everything up in a box, taped it up and printed label for shipping. Easy peasy and great service - didn't take too long to get it all done. Best of all no line...well 1 person in front of me but was quick too. Will be back to this location for any printing or shipping needs

when I came into store and saw my made poster . It came out amazing , I ask who did a great job and was told a nice young lady Stephanie. I preceeded to leave the store and saw she was in the back. She was plesant and humble. I saw how she worked and seen how focus and prepared she gets into her job. She looked passionate and aimed to please the customers. Hopefully she gets the recognition , I work in corporate and I know at times people always find or make time when they have an issue but never the time to praise good work for hard workers that get unnoticed. I've been there before and times good work needs to be constantly praised . Stephanie deserves recognition, my project came out nice and I can tell how steady and careful of a job she did by seeing how protected and precise it looked upon pick up.

The staff at this location is very good EXCEPT for Chay, that young lady has a horrible attitude, is unprofessional and has no personality and lacks any customer service skills as I experienced on every occasion. I thought she was young was the reason but as I experienced Today 4/15/22 it's clearly something more. Hopefully, Victoria can teach her some Customer service skills or have her removed. I will follow-up with the regional Manager Lauren as soon as I get the correct info for her.
