Told them about my coverage. Was told to come in. Only to drive 20 miles on a donut for them to tell me that they can't do it today because they can't call in to GM on weekends. Then they tried to blame me, saying they assumed the customer knows what they are talking about when it comes to their system and said i would have to pay out of poket if I want the part im 100% covered for (confirmed with other dealership).

Have a 2017 Chevy Colorado. After having a loose Hosea during loosing all my coolant , not the fault of Robert Chevolet, brought into there service department to have the cooling system flushed and add the correct coolant to the vehicle. Owners manual states to only use Dex-cool (orange coolant). Well when I got the vehicle back, the filled the reservoir to the top with the pink coolant. First, it should have only been filled to the arrow mark which is only half way and should have been orange. You would think a chevy service department would know which fluids and levels your vehicle would be. Will never take my vehicle back to there. Very disappointed.

Both times I went there I was give two ridiculous excuses why I should return first thing the next morning. Went after 12 noon and was told EVERYONE was out to lunch. Come back in two hours. Then when I did, I was told it was too late in the day to have my vehicle serviced. Huhhh?? The next time was a time for redemption. A simple oil change. They failed miserably again. I arrived at 9:00 in the morning and was given a two hour waiting time. I accepted. Shortly thereafter, I was told I would be better off coming first thing the next day. Really??? HORRIBLE way to run a business!! The reason behind the two stars given was the cleanliness of the establishment.

You can get an appointment for a reasonable time and are given an opportunity to decide if you want additional services before they are performed.

Made a mistake buying a GM car or should I blame the service department here for not taking care of my car service on time. I'm always here but I still have problems with my car. Worst Chevy service department ever.
I drive 2015 Suburban
30,000 mileage brakes and rotors I had to change out of no where and 40,000 A/c stopped working on the worst day when you need it most and now I'm sitting at service they say they can't do major repairs on SATURDAYS. So today they'll only do oil change on my car and I'll be coming back here on Monday again to fix my A/c.
Consider this place closed on SATURDAYS.
Always done my oil change here at the so called dealership.
They say oil change / tire rotation and multiple point inspection. You guys have failed at multipoint inspection. Should've let me know when it's time to change brakes. Never going back to this place again. Complete rip off and they don't do multiple point inspection on your car. If they did I wouldn't have to change rotors for no god damn reason.
Check the god damn cars. STOP slacking you're charging customers for the service you're not performing on the cars.
