The manager is very rude to her employees. She was yelling at the poor lady right infront of me while she was trying her best to go as fast as she could.

This place is just a no for me! There is stuff everywhere place Is a mess. The blonde manager is just plain rude and nasty especially they way she speaks to her employees. I almost said something to her when I heard how she speaks to people but Clearly the employees are used to it because they just stand there and take it. I definitely would have slapped her in the face!

Let me start off by saying we all know many things happen here. I never ever leave a review ever here. I go there twice a week for countless years. Everybody knows me, as I know them. but today Sunday, April 7th 2024 was unacceptable , disgusting & rude.
The lady who dyes her hair like a bright reddish color, with glasses, & very short hair, rung me up today. Normally, she's always nice, I've always liked her, no complaints. Today was different......
I will go to the second thing that happened to me by her before the first thing....
I always switch the paper bags to plastic bags, away from the line/customers, after they finish ringing me up. This way I am not holding up any line bagging my own stuff. I use plastic instead of the paper for the most obvious reason....THEY RIP...
so I was doing my normal routine, not bothering anyone, taking the stuff out of the paper bag & putting it into my plastic bags that are durable & last long.
I always return the paper bag/s to the front of the counter, so they can re-use them. I do not bring the paperbags out of the store. They stay right there, seconds after ringing me up, it goes back to the register.
She embarrasses me in front of everyone & says M'AM, (WITH A BIG SIGH) WHY DO YOU ALWAYS DO THAT????
It was very busy there as usual. Everybody does things FOR A REASON.....She & everybody else always sees me switching to my plastic bags SO SHE ALREADY HAD THE ANSWER BEFORE SHE DECIDED TO MAKE A SCENE FOR NO REASON....& One time I was stuck with all the items falling on the ground when i left outside! Not everyone drives a car! Some people are bike riders or pedestrians! SHE HAD NO RIGHT! With everything going on in the world, she could've easily just taken the bag to RE-USE or THROW OUT! or tell me in a polite way IN THE FUTURE YOU CAN JUST THROW IT OUT (the Dollar Tree on Jerusalem ave always thanks me when I return the bags).....You don't have to make a scene! I didn't even get to really explain because I was appalled, shocked & didn't want to hold the line up!
The first thing: I had NO INTENTION on writing this review UNTIL what she did to me above.
She was eating:
so as she gives me my receipt, I review the receipt, once again, away from customers & line, to not be in the way.
Right away I noticed a disgusting gross GREASY DRENCHED spot FILLED OF GREASE & ORANGE FOOD REMBERANCE from her thumb or other finger print. IT WAS SO DISGUSTING! ....but INSTEAD OF EMBARRASSING HER, I said nothing!
I understand fully, how hungry we can be while working long & hard, but you need to be more aware of your surroundings! If you're going to eat greasy food while in the middle of ringing everybody up (as she was) at least get a hand sanitizer pump & use it after EVERY snack you grab! so if the grease was all over my receipt you better believe it's all over our products! Being oblivious to their greasy hands! & I am 100% not exaggerating. The grease stains AND FOOD CRUMBS STUCK TO THE GREASE WAS SITTING THERE ON MY RECEIPT! This is something I could've easily made her aware by showing her the receipt, but like I said it's always busy there & didn't want to bother her so I LEFT IT ALONE...& how does she repay the favor??..... after THAT happened to me, she had the ultimate NERVE to complain about a paper bag! No right to make a stink especially when you're getting grease all over everyone's stuff! DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD WANT THEM TO DO TO YOU! I deserve an apology from her BOTH from finding grease & food on my receipt AND for the way she acted & spoken to me for no real reason! I hope one day she sees this to be more aware because it can ruin someone's entire day not knowing what they are ALREADY going through in life! Here I am always thinking of others, that they can re-use the bag & instead I get SCOLDED FOR IT! THANK YOU !!! &a

I came here one time to pick up some stuff, I am shocked to see how everything was $1.25. This store is the best and I always pick up my go-to food here I usually get from the supermarket which costs extra. I always get some chips and Texas toast here which were so good. The cashiers were also so nice to me and the manager too where she let me exchange my product when I lost my receipt. This is the best place to go to.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE. WITH THERE NASTINESS AT Checkout. THE 2 MORNING CASHIER'S. THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY KICKED KE OUT OF STORE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FIRE THESE 2 .THEY HAVE NO RIGHT Working IN RETAIL WITH THEIR ATTITUDES. YOU LOST MY BUSINESS.

Second time I've watched the manager be rude to her employees. I feel bad hearing the way she speaks to her employees. The employees do their job and do well but all you can hear is the manager being so mean. I wish I knew her name so I could call her out with it. I hope the owner or upper management will see this and speak with her about the way she speaks to people!

They literally locked the door in front of me THREE FULL MINUTES before closing time. I yelled to them, I just need 1 item and I sped to get there for it and they just shrugged at me. They’re just sitting at the registers … waiting to leave?? i’m so confused and mad. Such employees deserve to get fired as they have no respect for customers or even people for that matter.

It's a good store with some parking it can be a little crowded every now and then the parking lot but overall a good place it's just hit or miss on what's in on any given day?!

This store had name brand frozen foods selling for $3 & $5 in a store that all items are supposed to be for $1.25. Why is that?
