Id give zero if I could. I crawl in , literally due to the extensive pain I am in. They do not have the medication I needed, so I crawled to pharmacy to ask a question with literal tears in my eyes. Some snotty young lady yells " come back at 2!" I just have a question its a yes or no. " Come back at 2!' Come back the f ing 12 th of never. FYI I stopped using CVS 3 years ago as they like to play God with your medicine. I had no choice as I stopped at 2 places prior. Good Riddance to trash..

Worst service, medication was called in by doctor, not refilled , response was - we very busy ! Called serval times about prescription- no response for hours . Very bad service

Visited CVS 202 Old Country Road Hicksville. I was told my medication was not covered by insurance and I had to pay out of pocket. I checked with my insurance and IT IS COVERED - A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM THE DOCTOR IS REQUIRED - CVS DIDN'T SEE THIS?? I am now waiting 2 days for them to contact the doctor to give this authorization and I am now on hold for 52 minutes with CVS to find out status. CVS - A WORD TO THE WISE - ANSWER YOUR PHONE !!!!!

Came to the pharmacy and they said prescription was done over the phone. I have now been waiting for 30 min +. Unacceptable.

I should give this store a lot lower rating but it wouldn't be fair to associates who actually care and do help customers.I have been using this location for years and will never forget that "distinct" smell that would "hit" on a way in... this was taken care of and I thank you for that.Coming to the store and getting attitude from customer support/service and not exactly what you look forward to but I'm a lot of customers can relate to... but being disrespected by the store manager is below the belt even for me; I can take "no" or simple rejection would do, but being told by the manager to, go home, drink some water and make other suggestions.... this is record low.I don't want to come back here for anything it's worth it.This store was a go to, they have an amazing overnight shift with employees deserving recognition, they are amazing, and then you get morning shift with mostly opposite "tude" it just makes you want to leave before you even start.Pharmacy is a completely different "animal" all together, the hold to get any kind of response makes you wonder if they even have staff to respond to inquiries...First part was from a year ago.November 2023.Pharmacy department is the worst, they don't pick up the phone, waited for over an hour and noone pick up the phone on me, waiting on line is not better, evening took about an hour, morning they make you wait for 20 to 40 min just to let you know that they are out of stock on the prescription... unbelievable... we are going to different facility. And to top it all they are pretty unpleasant to deal with.

Need educated staff for pharmacyeveryone over there is passing their jobs to each otherThey are not communicating with each otherI heard the conversation, and they are rude with each other.For that reason, a lot of people got confused, and they have to wait for half hours to receive medicines

Although the pharmacy forgot to give me one pain killer during the pick up, when I went back to complain, the pharmacy rep was reluctant on the fact that prescription was filled on time. Didn't even acknowledge that they missed to give me one medicine. Not professional.

This should be no stars. Called multiple times and waited on hold for an issue on my prescription and was an emergency. No one helped to answer my request. Whoever was by the phone even just hung up a few times when I called; other time the call was answered but just muted the other end. Bad support overall. No point in having a pharmacy line if no one will answer and I would need to go to the pharmacy in person to ask for help

CVS has a rewards program. For a fee. With monthly fees to your credit card and tax 5.49 is charged. Then, you get a 10 dollars month credits to use on a given day. Problem is if you use your credit and need to return items , you get " it's not my fault it's the system" from management. You can NOT get credit of points or coupons or cash, if you return said items.Yeah they have certain items 20 % off but many items have a sale or buy one get one 50% off. Often they don't have stock for a duration of time.cvs brand isn't always the quality of other main brands. You can get paper coupons like buy 4 Hallmark cards for 2 dollars off. Have you seen the prices of each card lately? Cvs has been my weekly if not daily go to. Looks like I'll have to make some adjustments. After all , it's the system!

Just witnessed an argument between a customer who was a younger girl and one of the workers. The worker ends up calling the police on her and mentions her race which wasn't even her correct race. Why assume her race and mention it to the police? She wasn't even doing anything to cause that. Seems pretty racist to me. Other worker there didn't even step in.
