All coupons system is a scam, nothing works and checkout machines are pathetic and staff is completely untrained. All products are not upgraded and not on the right places and sales promotions on the coupon are completely misleading. It’s a waste of times to shop there.

This pharmacy is exceptional. All the pharmacists are very helpful when you need assistance with medications. Today, Sarah went above and beyond to help me select the right over the counter medication for my 4-year-old. I hope the pharmacy team recognize her. Thank you so much!

The store manager in the morning today is absolutely rubbish, and should be fired immediately. He didn’t provide any customer service at all. Raised his voice to me when I just answered what I want. And told me to come back when another store manager are here. It’s not my fault if you are not educating well. And you should be ashamed of yourself when you talk to a customer like that.

The manager at the checkout his name is Mike should be fired. He refused to let me checkout my snacks and he kicked me out while I was trying to pick up my medication. You don’t deny a patient from getting his medication especially if the patient is severely ill

Pharmacy is ridiculous. I was at consultation window 2 workers both on phone 1 was helping a customer the other older lady was on a personal call 3 people waiting . Forgot my cell phone home they won’t let me use store phone. Lost 4 customers today. Walgreens here we come. Absolutely disgraceful

Absolute garbage customer service. Only use this location as I have small children and it is one of the few 24 hour pharmacies around. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to pick up a prescription, there is a wait (despite being told it's ready), the staff is rude, etc. If it weren't for having a captive audience, I doubt this location would survive.

Late night stop in 202 old country road cvs open. Moe helped find item, helped with coupon credits and bagged items. Pharmacy crew helpful and pleasant as always.

Literally never get my medications on time from the pharmacy they either say I didn’t get it or they didn’t send it and by the time they send it after 2/3 days the patient gets worse in health condition and have to be taken to emergency!!!

Id give zero if I could. I crawl in , literally due to the extensive pain I am in. They do not have the medication I needed, so I crawled to pharmacy to ask a question with literal tears in my eyes. Some snotty young lady yells " come back at 2!" I just have a question its a yes or no. " Come back at 2!' Come back the f ing 12 th of never. FYI I stopped using CVS 3 years ago as they like to play God with your medicine. I had no choice as I stopped at 2 places prior. Good Riddance to trash..

Worst service, medication was called in by doctor, not refilled , response was - we very busy ! Called serval times about prescription- no response for hours . Very bad service

Visited CVS 202 Old Country Road Hicksville. I was told my medication was not covered by insurance and I had to pay out of pocket. I checked with my insurance and IT IS COVERED - A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM THE DOCTOR IS REQUIRED - CVS DIDN'T SEE THIS?? I am now waiting 2 days for them to contact the doctor to give this authorization and I am now on hold for 52 minutes with CVS to find out status. CVS - A WORD TO THE WISE - ANSWER YOUR PHONE !!!!!
