Hello! I never give ratings on google usually so you should be aware of my extremely poor situation. I was initially told to go to this CVS from Urgent Care. I arrived at the 24 hour CVS here. I attempted to pick up my medicine and was told that they do not accept health first. Me being extremely ill and needing my medicine, I go back to the urgent care and they recommend me to go to the Walgreens. Then, over at Walgreens, I was told that they do except health first at CVS in fact, and they were lying to me. Wasted more time in the process of me, receiving my medicine on time and made me feel even more ill. I then barely arrived back to the urgent care where they told me to go back to the CVS I initially went to, and was denied for my medicine because they claimed that they do not accept health first. And then I was told after the second time once they realize they can actually take my health insurance I would receive a Within an hour to pick up my medicine. Mind you this was before midnight, and since I couldn’t go to bed and was having very difficulty sleeping, I went back to the CVS at 1 AM and demanded my medicine because at this point it was getting ridiculous. And once I arrive there, they had my medicine ready Did not inform me with a text message to pick it up, which could’ve endangered my health even more. Extremely upset about how unprofessionally the pharmaceutical staff at the CVS handled my case. I am requesting CVS management to reconsider your staff because I am VERY UPSET! About being lied to and wasting my time and not prioritizing my health as a priority.

I have been using CVS Pharmacy for the past ten years, and my experience has always been positive. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and I frequently utilize the drive-through at the Hicksville Store on Jerusalem Ave.

for over a Yr. I have been trying to stop my prescriptions from being auto-filled. Each time I pick up a prescription I ask that this be noted, and still I get text messages that my prescriptions are ready for pick-up when I never ordered them. I have been doing this since I moved and want to start filling them at a CVS near me. Today this occurred again. I also got a text that told me a new prescription was called in by my DR. When I questioned the auto-fills again today the person taking care of this informed me that none of my prescripitions were on Auto-fill. I said I never ordered these, NEVER LOOKING UP FROM HER COMPUTER SCREEN, she just said it must be a computer problem, When I asked about the one that was called in she said my Dr. did so. Well that was not possible since I had changed my Pharmacy with the Dr. office and verified that. She was not helpful and was outright RUDE. If I could change from CVS I would, but my insurance has me locked into CVS.

I went inside pharmacy "Pickup" area to pickup my medication. 3 people were working inside. I waited 5 minutes, then another person arrives at " consultation" area and immediately gets attended to. I'm still waiting. Then a car arrives at "Drive Up" window and gets attended to. I'm still waiting. When the technician finished with the person at the consultation window, I loudly blurted out " Hello, are you going to help me?" I waited over 15 minutes before being noticed! My advice for anyone who experiences a similar situation is not to be so polite, but to speak up to get your prescription or use the Drive Up window and honk your horn.

Called and waited for one hour on the phone, but no one picked up. Customer service definitely need to improve! Need an easier way to get questions answered instead of making people waiting for a long time on the call that no staff picked up.

This pharmacy is not professional at all, my doctor sent several prescriptions at 10:30 Am, and at 4:30 PM, CVS told me the doctor didn't send them. The funny thing is they told me I have three different names, and they should follow the names on the health insurance card, not doing what they think it is. It is not the first time the doctor has sent prescriptions to this store, and I also found it difficult the last time 4/10/2023 came in to pick up my prescriptions. The same thing happened, and later they found them and made my entire pick-up prescription experience so horrible. I'm a pregnant woman who doesn't want every time having the same daily trouble, so I decided to talk to someone in charge. Then I found it difficult to speak to or communicate with the pharmacy manager Jon. He kept blaming others, saying he was not seen in his system, got hundreds of prescriptions a day, told me I have Three names, lol, and let me go back to the doctor and ask them to check the doctor's system. I'm frustrated, and CVS is just being so dumb. I want to let everyone know what happened to me and avoid this store.Here is the update: My doctor's assistant called and find out they just told us they didn't receive because they do not have that type of medicine lol. This place definitely needs to be changed.

In incredible pain after a long surgery. Went to go pickup my painkillers from this local pharmacy. APPROACHING the counter I got yelled at by a nasty white pharmacist lady for even thinking about stepping in that area and simultaneously got a metal gate shut in my face before even talking a word because it was XX:01 into their special pseudo-doctor lunch time zone. Rudest technique ever for a “people”profession while they had been all standing around. The entire walk there, 5 pharmacist/overpaid-cashiers were just standing around looking at the clock. People today hate their jobs so much and want their hand held at every corner. Grumpy union worker lady mentality. Worst pharmacy worker ever. Short older blonde lady if my memory serves me well but it didn’t at that time obviously as I was in pain. Quit the job and sit at home if you suck that much at it and are so spiteful at every corner. CVS customers you CHOSE to serve are not cattle. You glorified drug store cashier. The nice regular cashier who had her lunch in quiet; in her own time without the alarm bells ringing, was very normally nice when i bought some ibuprofen until the pharmas pigged out behind their gates.

Why have a drive up window for the pharmacy if you're going to make your customers wait 20 mins and give up and go inside? The team is constantly understaffed...also is there a way to stop letting people with an entire overflowing shopping cart of items not use the pharmacy register when there's a huge line of people waiting?

I waited for 15 minutes on the phone and they finally picked up and immediately hung up after. I called back only to be put on hold again after several more minutes of waiting. The same exact thing happened hours earlier at a completely different CVS. CVS, your customer services are awful.

This was my first time going to this cvs. I usually go to the one across the street from my house. I went in and met an amazing employee by the name of Shelly I believe. She was awesome. Me and another customer had some issues with finding what we needed and dealing with the coupons. Shelley was so patient and kind. I must have went back and forth about five times changing products and printing coupons and she helped me and other customers. She had a friendly smile the entire time. She even called the manager Karen who was just as sweet and patient. By the end of my transactions all my coupons were applied and I got everything I needed. Best Cvs I went to so far. Thanks ladies and keep up the rest customer service!
