I thought long aabout submitting a review regarding my service. I wasn't sure if I wanted to do it at all however, the longer I sat there the more I felt the need to do so. For context - I have visited this nail salon over the years when they had half the space. I am not a frequent visitor & usually go every 2 months. I always got an acrylic fill in with regular nail polish & a specialty pedicure. I always pay extra for an extended foot massage as well. I called ahead today & said I was coming in for a fill-in. I walked in, I said hello & proceeded to pick out my regular nail polish color. They told me to sit at 1 of the nail stations and the technician who approached me asked me what I was getting - I told her an acrylic fill in with regular polish. A 2nd nail tech approaches me says we don't do that & then an a 3rd Nail Tech approaches and also argues that they dont do those kinds of fill ins. Again, I visit this place almost every 2 months I know the pricing and
I'm well aware of the services they provide. They argued with me for about 5 to 10 minutes until I said we are wasting time please do whatever fill in you do because I have somewhere to be. They wound up refusing to do regular nail polish & did a powder color fill in. In addition, instead of charging me the regular 25 that I always pay for my acrylic fill in, Iwound up getting charged $45 and the result was sub par at best. During my fill-in other customers walked in & they were greeted with nothing but politeness and warm energy. It was very evident that I was receiving different treatment for whatever reason unknown to me. Needless to say I did not tip & will not be returning. I have no desire for a comp service or a discount. I never submit reviews, ever. But this was shocking and had me feeling so uncomfortable the entire time I was there.

Best place for a mechanic with broken nails, somewhat clean hand's, and bear claws on my feet. I appreciate the great job, so I always tip well, at least I hope I do. All the girls are great.Services: Pedicure

Their gel manicure stays on for 3-4 weeks without chipping, especially if you ask for the slightly thicker gel type. Great quality!

The manicurists/pedicurists are all very nice and talkative. They even offer positive encouragement when you’re deciding between colors! They also did a good job with my nails, with neat filing and cleaning up cuticle beds.

Wonderful and clean nail shop. The staff are very personable. I've only did my pedicures here so only can review pedicures. They have various pedicure spa packages that you can get. I've been coming here for about 6 years and happy with the services. Would recommend.
