I received a lawsuit check for 2k the check was issued from a Citi bank I went to the nearest Citi bank to cash I was accuse of fraud I was asked if I cashed the check already then waited 20 min to be told they didn't want to cash it for reason they didn't have to explain horrible terrible

Terrible bank, tried to open a cd account and they made it as difficult as possible. Will go elsewhere, their bad reviews are deserved

Ridiculous Bank ever i went to this branch to open up Business Account branch manager jose took all my info and said we need to verify info that’s y it will take 2 business days and then we ll call you and give you account number but all other banks give account number right away. Anyways i said ok that was wednesday morning I waited wed, thu and i called Friday evening they said it ll be done today , nothing happened then i called Monday evening Branch manager didn’t pick up call and then called in store no one picked up then i call customer service they said we don’t have any info you have to go in branch again, i said if i have to in branch again I would prefer to any other bank no citi.

Lazy staff! Don't want to do anything but make conversation instead of doing their job!! Very unhelpful and unreliable people work here.

After 21 Years I left CITI...The customer service became the main driving factor for my departure. I took all my funds out, every last penny and went across the street (Chase).The long lines are horrible, representatives are very unfriendly, busy with other stuffs (on their phone). Unfortunately, CITI started charging me unexpected fees ($30) monthly, when I called customer service I was unable to understand, it seems like I was talking to someone from Mars.When I walked into the branch to get a little sense of understanding, the representatives was very unhelpful. Failed to adequately explain, and made me go wait on the teller line to pick up my check because I choose to close the account (only one teller on duty on 5/4/22 at 12:45pm).Simply in todays era, this is by far the worst bank. A whole new revamp or change of management is necessary.

Long lines all the time. Staff is really unhelpful. They usually have 1 teller working all day. Go during lunch or evening rush expect the line to go out the doors.

Went in to roll over money into a 401. woman at the "platform" was clueless and had to keep asking the man next to her what to do. they had us deposit the rollover check into our checking acct and filled out all the paper work to get the money rolled over - well nearly 1 month after and we are still waiting for the rollover to happen. stopped in on sat and lady we spoke too told us call retirement number, retirement people say branch SCREWED UP and did not authorize it as rollover. spent over 2 hours on the phone and have been told we have to go back to branch to get it fixed. they are the WORST branch I have ever encountered. thinking about taking our money and moving over to Chase

The perfect Citibank for Indian people and Indian speakers. Staff here is mostly or entirely all Indian and offers all Indian dialects. The Indian banker I met with here was also very courteous. She told me all safe deposit boxes were taken, but kindly told me the availability in other Citi branches. There are also 4 ATMs here unlike the one at Brush Hollow Road, which only has one ATM and has been closed ever since Covid-19 started.

Worst service ever. I stay one hour for new account but she just want to go early and she told me come on Monday just because she want to go. That was 1pm.That African tipe Liddy dont like the customer.
