Everytime I enter this bank branch in the morning there is a homeless person sleeping on the floor by the ATMs. As unfortunate as it is, clients do not feel safe entering before or after hours with cash.

The worse Citibank not have enough employees .have to wait too long for banking.

Waiting in line as I write this… it’s been almost 20 min.. 2 tellers to help on a Friday after holiday.. this is the worst citibank on the island.
