Went there to get a rather large cashier's check. Took close to an hour. Much of that time was due to the teller getting authorization from above on the phone, obviously on hold, waiting for the green light. Killed much of that time with some amiable chit-chat with a couple of tellers. Took longer than I thought, but pretty smooth. Satisfied customer.

Been using this branch for the past 6 months, and regularly do deposits anywhere from once to three times a week.
Consistently slow service, staff here seem distracted and more interested in idle chit-chat with each other, instead of optimizing their workflows to assist customers faster
Go to the Plainview Branch instead for much better service.

Pathetic customer services team. It will take them 30 minutes to answer the basic questions like bill date which is not mentioned on your online app. They try to provide you less and less information so you can skip your bill due date

The worst customer service I have ever seen in a bank. This is the third time I've been to this bank in the last two weeks and walked out all three times. This last time There were eight people behind the counters three of which were working at the slowest pace you could imagine when they were completed they would walk away from their station and God only knows what they did but as we were waiting the lin kept on getting longer I was in there the last time for 10 minutes and still three people ahead of me what all the other people behind the wall we're doing God only knows will never go back good luck if you do

Today I opened my first account with Capital One Bank. I must say the process was easy thanks to ZACH!!!!. I felt comfortable and he took care of everything, VERY friendly. He made sure I walked out with what I came in for. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP! And I won't forget the girls over the phone either. Taking me through everything step by step and clarified what I didn't understand. 10/10 RECOMMEND.
