Staff is super slow and show no sense of urgency even if there is a long line. The manager should drive home the point with staff that it’s okay to make small talk with your coworkers when it’s not busy but if it is, get your act together! I saw the reviews before going to this Capitol one Branch but i didn't have time to go to the other Branch so i went there ,Very Rude customer service Employee plus the Manager have very bad Attitude up on Customers, they were not polite at all . I will never go to this Capitol one Branch .

Thas the reason I closed my checking account, this people don't have class, horrible services.
