I recently had a rather unpleasant phone call with an employee at Brilliant Spirits and Wine. I was calling to inquire about their liquor selection and prices, but unfortunately, the interaction left a lot to be desired.From the moment the call was answered, I sensed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. The employee seemed disinterested and even somewhat rude. Here are a few key points that stood out during our conversation:Lack of Engagement: The employee didn't seem interested in assisting me. Their tone was flat, and they provided minimal information about the products I was inquiring about.Impatience: It felt as though my questions were an inconvenience to them. They rushed through their responses and didn't give me the chance to ask follow-up questions or seek recommendations.Tone of Voice: Throughout the call, their tone was curt and borderline disrespectful. I believe that employees should maintain a level of professionalism and politeness when dealing with customers.Limited Knowledge: It was evident that the employee lacked adequate knowledge about the store's inventory. When I asked about specific brands or varieties, they couldn't provide detailed information.In the end, I decided not to make a purchase from Brilliant Spirits and Wine due to the poor customer service experience I encountered during this phone call. As someone who values good service, it's disappointing to encounter an employee who doesn't seem to prioritize customer satisfaction.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Brilliant Spirits and Wine and that they take steps to improve their customer service standards. In the competitive liquor retail industry, providing excellent customer service can make all the difference in retaining and attracting customers.

disappointing experience from start to finish. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone to waste their time or money here.First and foremost, the selection was abysmal. I expected a liquor store to have a wide variety of spirits, wines, and beers, but this place had a shockingly limited range of products. It was as if they had taken the least popular and lowest-quality options from every category and put them on the shelves. If you're looking for anything remotely unique or high-quality, you'd be better off searching elsewhere.The prices were nothing short of extortionate. I've been to many liquor stores in my time, but this one took the cake in terms of overpricing. It's clear that they're more interested in making a quick buck than providing value to their customers. I felt like I was being fleeced with every purchase I made.The customer service was equally dismal. The staff seemed disinterested, unhelpful, and had a general air of indifference towards customers. I asked a simple question about a particular wine, and I was met with a blank stare and a mumbled response that left me more confused than when I walked in. It's as if they couldn't care less about making their customers feel welcome or informed.To add insult to injury, the store was in a state of disarray. Shelves were poorly organized, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. It felt like I had stumbled into a liquor store from a bygone era that hadn't seen a renovation or proper maintenance in decades.In conclusion, this liquor store is a complete and utter disappointment. The lackluster selection, exorbitant prices, apathetic staff, and overall shabby atmosphere make it a place I would strongly advise against visiting. There are plenty of other options out there that offer a far superior shopping experience. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this place.

Best paet of this store is that, it is very well organized. There is quiet room to roam about and admire the collection of wine. The shoopkeeper probably a chinese guy is bery helpful. He helped in choosing the wine. Notably this store has a collection of single malt whiskey which every store doesn't have. The racks are arranged by wines from diffrenet countries. The shop is preety neat and clean but the price is a bit on the higher end.
