I’ve been coming to Blink every summer for about 3 years now. Although the gym is small it has pretty much everything my friends & I need. We usually hit the gym before our work meeting in Hicksville & I was excited to get back into my normal routine when I came in a couple weeks ago to renew my membership. As I was signing up, one of the staff’s friends burst into the building enraged calling someone the F word (slur used for gay people) several times & the staff laughed it off. While in years past the staff were always in a great mood this year has been different. I’ve caught myself saying good morning or have a nice day here past couple of weeks & it’s often ignored because anywhere from 3-6 of the staff members & their friends are huddled around the front desk talking amongst themselves. I get the vibe that most of the staff are college-age & working their part time while they’re in school or using this as a resume builder & I don’t expect them to go above & beyond or act like this job is their life’s goal; but there’s 0 professionalism. I would switch gyms if there was another closer to my workplace but this will have to do for now. Equipment/facilities are fine but it’s clearly kids hanging out with kids instead of running an establishment. Management needs to step in before they begin to lose business.

The workers are always so kind and helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to the manger Emily! She gives everyone an amazing greeting when you first walk in, really makes you feel welcome before working out.

10/10 the staff here is amazing! Julia took my call on the phone and was beyond helpful! She told me everything I needed to know and helped me find the best fit for me.They do not allow cats at this gym.

Gym has Really good vibes. Staff are great vibes too. They pretty much got a good variety of machines/calisthenics stuff to work with. Also love going to Hicksville location because the amount of diversity there.?????? Have a good workout ?

I have been a member the past 5 months and so far it has been very good, the environment and staff are nice, equipment organized and functional.However, I do not understand how hard it is to have a functional toilet paper handle on the bathroom... Literally everyday the toilet paper rolls are on the floor (which is not hygienic at all), or almost falling from the top of the small trash can. Seriously, this could cause health issues.

My first experience with a gym membership and this place made it a nightmare. First they talked me into signing up by offering a promo where I would get the first month for a dollar. They failed to disclose its only til the end of the month and I signed up with only a few days left. Was charged the full membership after only 5 days! Why did no one tell me to just wait til the 1st so I could take advantage of the month promotion rather than just a few days. Very deceptive tactics to get sign ups.Then I had a family emergency and had to go out of town for a month. I explained the situation and asked if I could freeze my account but said I can only cancel. I asked to cancel then and they said I have to come in person. how the am I supposed to come in person when I'm not in the same state and there's no Blink Fitness where im at?!Finally managed to make it back and canceled in person but then they said I need to give hem 45 days notice.Are you kidding me it's been 2 months I've been trying to cancel. This place will find every way to scam you.Blink Fitness please don't respond to this review if you're just going to give the same copy and paste apology that you give everybody else. I doubt you even care enough to actually read these.

Great gym but the bathroom smells highly of urine. I use different locations based on where I am for my job and this is the only one where the stench of urine is overwhelming in the bathroom.The parking lot in front of the gym is almost always full but at least you can access mall parking and walk a little.The free weights area is crowded but to be expected.Water puddles on the gym floor are ignored.But the friendly staff always greet clients and there is a lot of equipment to choose from.

Danial is my trainer at the gym!!! He is a one-of-a-kind trainer who is amazing in many ways. He helped me lose weight quickly, got rid of my gym anxiety, and made the gym fun! I truly recommend going to him for a personal trainer!!!

I was extremely disappointed to see that they removed the bag. Please bring back the punching bag! It was an essential part of my workout.

If you want to work out between 6 - 8PM, stay away from this gym. I've been a member since 2019 and finally had to quit. I work, so this is my window for a workout. I don't know about other times but at this hour, it is crowded with kids who want to socialize or hang out on machines for 15 minutes, texting in between multiple sets. There are only one on most machines (besides cardio) so it is impossible to get an effective workout here. I jump from machine to machine, waiting for someone to get off. I don't know if it's temporary but the last few months have been worse than normal and I've had enough. If you're serious about a workout and want to use more than dumbbells, go someplace else.

Dangerously overcrowded.does not look like there is an upper limit on the number of people who can sign up .Something needs to be done to limit the number of people who are let in

This place is clean, no hassle, and cheap. It’s got every piece of equipment you could ever want in a gym. The only down sides are there are no classrooms and therefore no classes, and no other fancy amenities like a pool, steam room or sauna, but the locker rooms are big and super clean in the showers work great. Unlike some other gyms, they actually have water fountains here
