This business is beyond excellent. Rayvon from Bills Towing is a great worker with excellent characteristics. He has great communication skills and knows how to make the customer happy. I will definitely be using Bills Towing for any future car troubles.

I only waited 30 minutes for tow truck to arrive, the tow truck driver, Nestor was great! He’s super knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. He’s an overall good person. Honestly, I was very lucky to get Nestor. He really made my entire experience much less stressful.

Very bad experience they charge me 900 dls for 2 days pick up and storage and they need a tow truck with medallion to pick up your car there.the woman at service costumer is very bad actitud and the old man too.i see all reviews are negative and I don't know where to complain with new york state so they investigate.i hope someone take action against this business maybe police are involved with the owner when they send the tow truck to pick up damage car and take to this business.they charge a lot of money.if they see you Hispanic is worst.they are racist.

Tire blow out on Long Island Expressway; Geico sent Nestor from Bill's Towing.. We needed a flat bed to tow us to a local Mavis as our spare tire could not be removed from under the truck ( 2004 GMC ENVOY).. Nestor came and was so kind and helpful.. Drove us to Mavis.. unloaded.. waited for them to begin servicing our truck. And once dispatched from GEICO Roadside, it only took 22 minutes until he arrived. 22 !!! So fast! Thank you again!

I recently had an incredibly disheartening encounter with Bill's Towing, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. If I could assign negative stars, I certainly would.The ordeal began when my friend's car broke down near the parkway exit, and Triple A directed us to contact Bill's for assistance in the area. The initial interaction with the individual on the phone was nothing short of shocking. Right from the outset, the person was exceptionally cold and exhibited a level of rudeness I've rarely encountered. Moreover, he adamantly refused to let my friend express the situation, abruptly ending the call without addressing our concerns.To make matters worse, the individual insisted on referencing a supposed earlier call from my friend, a claim that was entirely false. This episode left a distinct impression that Bill's Towing operates with a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It appears they exploit their franchise rights to take advantage of those who find themselves in need of their services.It is utterly appalling that Bill's Towing holds a virtual monopoly in the area, leaving customers with limited alternatives. Fortunately, we managed to find an alternative solution and avoid resorting to their services.In conclusion, I strongly advise others to steer clear of Bill's Towing. Their lack of concern for customers and apparent exploitation of their dominant position in the market make them a company to avoid at all costs.

AWFUL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Read the other accurate negative reviews. They gave my mother the runaround. SO many problems. They dropped off the car at the auto shop without alerting the auto shop. They were rude and unprofessional. They were unhelpful. And when mentioned to a trusted car mechanic shop owner, he shook his head saying he’s heard terrible things from many people about them. Again, AVOID AVOID AVOID. They owe a huge apology and need new ownership/management. They may have been around a while, but as we raise awareness of their shoddy business practices, they hopefully won’t be much longer.
