Found 3 used iPhones on Facebook I inquired about all 3 and was told they were available and given the address, I showed up and before I even told the employee which phone she gave me the pre planned explanation that someone just bought the phone I was looking for 2 mins ago. When I told her I actually inquired about 3 separate phones she stuttered and said we don’t hold phones. It’s called “bait and switch”, waste my time and my gas to drive out to this hole in the wall. Save your time and money and go to a reputable buisness that doesn’t lie to customers, in today’s world of social media you should know better then to scam customers.

Do not buy your phones here. They do not stand by their 30 day warranty. Sold me an iphone no5 even a week ago with a degraded battery that won't hold a charge. Went back to fix or replace the phone and they wanted to charge me for it. Said i should of known the battery was bad based on the price. What?!? Way to stand by a warranty AS wireless.

I purchased a used phone on June 9, 2023.Great customer service. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Sam is the one who helped me out. She’s awesome. I definitely recommend going there to buy a used phone.

Bought an iphone 12 here couple months ago, wanted to see if I actually would last before writing a review. Im very superstitious person when it comes to phone places. Went to a couple phone places all wanted to charge me 1000+. Which makes no sense cause I could’ve bought a new 13 for just a little more. Phone still lasting, great battery like new 99% battery in the settings. Great place for a phone

Austin is the best. He a crazy person (in the best way). When my phone was taking forever to back up, and I said I’d just come back tomorrow, he basically said “No. we’re staying”, and he took his jacket off and stayed when he was about to go home.He’s obsessed with making sure customers are taken care off.Best price you can find..Amazing staff too.. (Jen, Erika, Sam, etc…)I’ll always be a customer ✋⭐️

I was attracted to this business because of the good reviews and was not disappointed,I needed a new battery for my iPhone 7 Plus and thought I also needed a new charging port,Dropped off phone and they said to come pick it up in an hour, when I returned they had the new battery installed and let me know that a new charging port was not necessary because they just cleaned it out and it works like new, I appreciate the honesty and professionalism and very fair rates,It’s something we are seeing less and less of these days, at 53 years old this is the first review I’ve ever written and would highly recommend to anyone,

Best phone store in NY, hands down!Awesome customer service! I heard about this spot from friends over 5 years ago and have been coming here ever since! I travel close to an hour just to come to this store! It's literally worth it. The whole staff is super helpful with setting me up with new phones or fixing any issues with my current phone that I might be having, if I ever need help with anything I can always text or call Erica and she helps me out right on the spot. I rate these guys 10 out of 5 stars!

I bought a second phone from this place, first experience was fine. They advertised phone as unlocked, decent price, when I tried to set up pho e it was locked to a carrier I don't have. Easy enough to be sure phone was unlocked, they didn't bother and I returned the phone.

The staff was amazing they gave me a free charger case. The phones are great and cheap I got an iPhone 6 for 70 bucks. Amazing place if you need your phone fixed or need a phone go here
