Caitlin is one of the nicest people I've delt with and i go to lots of hvac supply houses. She knew exact part I needed and got it quickly and made warranty exchange very smoothly.

I returned two unused circuit boards that were purchased in error 5 months ago, and still haven’t received my $550.00. Terrible customer service. I have repeatedly been dismissed by several employees. Buy all of your refrigeration equipment and supplies elsewhere.
