Mike at ABC Vac & Sew in Hicksville New York was super kind to help one of Sebo America's product owners, even though he did not sell the vacuum to the consumer. He gladly was there to help the customer with her issue. I would recommend ABC to friends and family.

Mike repaired my 1970s-era Kenmore sewing machine when no one else could be bothered. He even fixed the tension knob that had been in the wrong position for years. Great price, fast service, friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased to have found this shop - it's a gem!
