Horrible customer service. I am sitting here for over 40 minutes. 10 minutes ago I was told they overbooked. The other person has not arrived but you are holding her space and asking me to wait another 10 minutes. The woman just walked in. I hate to pull the race card but was that the issue? Late for her appointment and the one who is African American and on time is asked to wait or come back. This is horrible customer service.

I was literally humiliated at this branch today by the bank Manager Mr. David J. Green. I left and sat in my car and cried for the first time at 41 years old. All I wanted was to open a business account and they requested for me to come to the bank on two separate occasions. Each time I was treated like a criminal. Despite the fact that I am a hard working woman without a criminal background I was told " We are not doing business with you and that's it". This is America. If Wells Fargo does not belong to Mr. Green, there is no reason why I can't open an account just like everyone else. I submitted all the papers they required on day one and still I had to go to the bank twice so they could investigate my business or papers. Then they asked me for a proof of address for my partner who was going to be a second signature on the account for transparency. My partner did not have a proof of address under his name because they are under his wife's name and all his bills are under his mailing address where he used to live with his sister. We called the cable company to find out if we add his name to the bill how long it would take to reflect so that I could make a judgment on whether or not I needed to come back or use someone else as a second signature. Instead of trying to resolve my situation or be accommodating I was barked at and told " we don't do business like this, we are not doing business with you, and that's it". I am entitled to open an account even if my partner didn't have a proof of address. Having a second signature is a choice I made. Therefore the right thing to do was to open my account and allow me to bring someone else or allow my partner to bring in a bill when he is ready. Mr. Green acted as if I committed a crime for trying to get what he asked us, which was a proof of address. He was upset that I am intelligent, and proactive for trying to find an immediate solution to the problem. I did not want to go back to the bank a third time just to open an account. This is 2024 and no one should be treated like I was treated. I am a respectable citizen with a respectful career. Abusers of power like Mr. Green should not be allowed to use their authority to intimidate people, imply that they are criminals, or refuse them the opportunity to open a business account. I am going to get louder with this because bad people should not continue to abuse of their authority.

I just helped my father-in-law open a checking account at the Hewlett location. The banker, Aneka Grandison, was extremely helpful. She patiently went through all the info and even helped him set up the app on his phone. Her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond was refreshing. Thank you, Mrs. Grandison.

Worst bank branch ever and even worst manager named STACY. AFTER READING READING OTHER REVIEWS, I THINK MY SUSPICIONS ARE RIGHT. THEY PROFILE PEOPLE AND ALLOW "CERTAIN PEOPLE" TO MAKE LARGE WITHDRAWALS. HOW IS IT I PROVIDE MY ID, MY SOCIAL, AND PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT BUT CAN'T WITHDRAWAL MY MONEY. MEANWHILE I'M OVERHEARING THE PERSON NEXT TO ME TAKE OUT TWICE THE AMOUNT I WAS REQUESTING. THE TELLER HAD ME WAIT A WHILE TO MAKE A BOGUS PHONE CALL TO VERIFY A DEPOSITED CHECK ON MY ACCOUNT (THATS BEEN CLEARED AND ON MY ACCOUNT FOR A FEW WEEKS) THEN PROCEED TO TELL ME HE CAN'T GIVE ME MY MONEY. THIS BRANCH IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND WASTED MY TIME. STACY THE MANAGER NEED TO BE FIRED!!!

This service manager Kevin Rodriguez was horrible!! Temper was horrible! I was racially profiled!!!! I was trying to make a withdrawal i came with my state id , debit card and they sent 2 codes to my phone with verification. They told me they couldn't verify me & denied my services! I went into the branch to ask what was the reason , Kevin told me to leave and started screaming at me and DENIED giving me my id! This type of behaviour is UNNECESSARY & unexceptionable! He needs to go and there is plenty of complaints as well in the comments about him and nothing is clearly changing since he's so comfortable doing this ongoing. I been going to this branch for 2-3 years and never had this type of issue ever. I called cooperate and made a complaint hopefully something will be resolved with me getting my id back . Wells Fargo definitely will be losing my services and i will be filing a lawsuit & a police report!

I had the worse experience in this bank, manager on duty Kevin Rodriguez asked my SSN repeatedly which is annoying but acceptable I understand that they have their policies. But when we tried to withdraw cash from our bank they accused us of fraud and was racial profiling us. When we finally got our money Kevin, stated we don’t need you. You can leave to another bank.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH - After reading the poor reviews on google, I realized I was not the only one that was targeted. The gentleman that assisted me was the service supervisor, his name is Kevin Rodriguez. I don’t think customers are always right but I do think that everyone deserves professionalism especially when you’re representing Wells Fargo. It was completely unacceptable the way Kevin screamed at me multiple times and asked for my social security number AFTER I verified it twice. I asked the original teller why you guys would need my social again and while she proceed to telling me, Kevin stopped her and said “don’t tell her.” He said “it’s not for verification and I don’t have to tell you.” I had a very unpleasant experience with Kevin so I told him that im going to be reporting to customer service and his exact words was “I don’t care what you’re going to do because I can also mark your account. Im the manager.” I felt targeted as a female and unsafe in the bank, I informed him that I withdrew money from other locations before but he said he knows better because he was a manager for 4-5 other locations. Whenever I asked for clarification, he just kept saying “I thought you’ve done this before so why are you asking again?” I am asking Wells Fargo to look into this so more minority female won’t feel targeted and discriminated. I am looking forward to hearing back.

They don't deserve even one star. This branch is lazy and absurd. There is Guyanese lady (Raini) is a worst banker. No sense to talk. They are not here resolve your issue, instead they make it worse. Avoid to go here. It's waste of time
