Been coming here about 7 or 8 times in the past month to have items packaged and shipped I sold on eBay. The woman that helps me each time is very nice and helpful and makes the whole process very easy for me. I ship very large signs all over the country and she does a great job helping me out. All my buyers pay for shipping but ups charges a lot to ship and package. 10/10 great Customer service!

Small line when I arrived. One clerk working the store at the time I came in. When it was my turn, clerk pointed to scale I guess telling me to drop it. No eye or verbal contact. Not good customer service.

Came in here to drop off a package for UPS delivery. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and jovial which broke up a mundane task and made it a little more entertaining. I didn't buy anything so I can't really review the prices, but the service was impeccable and I definitely recommend this location.

This location charges 2x the price of the listed online prices. Online, I priced out my 49lb package to cost $45 for UPS ground. I figured it would be about the same cost in store, and drive right to the store to ship and pay. I was charged $85 for UPS ground, almost twice of what I was quoted online. Yes, there is a disclaimer that rates at retail locations may vary, but this is nearly double the price, a very big price difference. I was also told that if I wanted to ship out the box the same day, I have to upgrade my shipping materials. The box I was using "won't hold up during shipping" so I was charged an additional $28 for another box, packing materials, and service fee. What a rip off! I'll be pre-paying for everything online from now on, because the retail prices and add-on fees which they force on you at this location are outrageous.

While this UPS Store is located in a small strip mall next to Long Island's best pizza shop, that's about all it has going for it. I came in to drop off two small packages which already had the UPS shipping label on them, and simply needed a quick slap of tape to close them as I'd just run out. $1 per package. 6" of packing tape were going to cost me one dollar. I asked again - sure that I must have been mis-hearing the gentleman at the desk, who repeated himself and told me that he didn't make the rules, but that he had to enforce them. The owner of this UPS Store franchise charges for the use of packing tape. Walked out then and there, drove to Staples and bought my new roll of tape, at non-extortionate pricing. Guess what? They were even willing to seal my packages for free. There are many better UPS stores in the area. This place is not worth providing business to.

I agree with Lisa's review. AWFUL customer service. Very rude counter "help." I used them 3 times and each experience was unpleasant.
