Steven Borenstein is the best public adjuster on Long Island. I was referred to him by a close family friend after my house fire. I was devasted and lost in the process dealing my insurance company. However, when I contacted Steven, he was so pleased and fast to assist me with my insurance claims and made sure that my family and myself were in a safe place. Steven
is always available when you need him. He walked me through the difficult process from getting my claim approved, from getting the most that I can possibly get to have my house repaired. STEVEN was able to get me and my whole family in a hotel as soon as possible and then to a house rental which was more comfortable and convenient for my family. Whenever you need him, he is always ready to help and assist you as well as making you feel calm. He is very professional, attentive and courteous. Steve is a AMAZING public adjuster who worked diligently with me and my wife to make sure that we was able to get the money need to fix our home which caught fire in June. He is attentive and explains everything that is going on with our claim. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND him to anyone and use him again if I had too!!!

If you're looking for the best when it comes to an independent public adjuster look no further than Steve Borenstein. He is the type of guy that you need to have in your corner when you have a home insurance claim handled Properly! My house recently suffered smoke damage due to a fire from an attached house next to mine.. I was totally lost and didn't know what to do. In the past I dealt with my insurance company by myself (during hurricane Sandy) and they totally dropped the ball on me and I vowed that the next time I'd have it independent adjusted work for me. Luckily for me Steve was recommended to me by a close friend and let me tell you that was the wisest choice that I've ever made! Not only did he help with getting my family into an hotel room, (the day of the fire) but he was on my insurance's butt every single day and kept me updated as to what was going on. He also fought to get me the best possible settlement and actually refused two offers that they originally gave. and only settled when he felt that it was the right amount. They don't make guys like Steve anymore. He is a true asset to the business and his clients. He treated me with the utmost respect and I always felt like I was family and for that I will always be grateful to him. And trust me if you use him, he won't let you down

My main line was clogged and without being explicit, it was a disaster. As a single mom I was completely overwhelmed and didn't know what to do. Steven came highly recommended so I called him and he came over. He had a restoration crew here that day cleaning up the mess. Steven is very calming, professional and really knows his business! He literally held my hand throughout the entire process. I don't know what I would have done without him. I highly recommend him. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our basement was flooded during the September hurricane. We were fortunate to be covered by insurance but could not contact anyone to help us with restoration. A friend recommended using a Public Adjuster and gave us Steve's contact information. Steve could not have been more responsive and helpful. He arranged for a company to come in with dehumidifiers, removed the wet walls and insulation and prepared us for an insurance inspection which he managed. He negotiated the settlement and took much of the stress off our shoulders on to his. We hope we don't need his services again but he will be the first call if we do.

Steven Borenstein is worthy of 10 STARS, professional in all aspects of the job, takes pride in what he does and works extremely hard to get you the results you deserve. When my family’s business burned down we were desperate to find some help to deal with the shady insurance companies, a friend recommended Steve. Steve was amazing. From start to finish.
