“Had a problem getting in my storage on Saturday after store hours. I called and was on hold for over 30 min. I called on Sunday and the gentleman stated it would be better if I come in for him to help me he is new and not sure of why I cannot get in. He did tell me he was going to look at the storage to ensure their was no problem and he called me back. I went in and lol it was a simple problem I had to wake it up first for it to come online.
I am so sorry I don't remember his name he worked Sat and Sunday 10/20 or 21.”
