“Absolutely 100% legit place. We text Amanda and she was absolutely amazing! Not pushy at all. She sent us a bunch of beautiful pugs until we found the right one. I was definitely concerned and worried since we weren't unable to see the dog in person before picking her up. We received a bunch of photos and a video of my sweet pup. The process was very quick and setup great. We had to watch a video and take a test before getting our puppy which I was honestly impressed by. I figured if they made you do all this I'd be shocked if it was a scam. I received a ton of texts from Amanda with constant updates and we even got to pick up the dog earlier than I expected. The price was definitely the best out there considering how expensive dogs are nowadays. When I was handed my puppy I was given all the paperwork and necessary info and stuff needed to get her setup and started with all her shots. She came immaculate, clean no bugs, no cough, no issues, was given 100% clean bill of health. She is now 5 months old and we couldn't be happier with our experience and with the dog we picked. We can't wait to get another one lol. Definitely the right place to go and you will not be disappointed. Trust me we wanted to see the dog before getting her and we weren't able to BUT I did go into several puppy stores and my dog was way better taken care of, we got more out of our sale, and a way better dog and price. I would recommend everybody buying from Best Puppies. You won't be disappointed.”

“Owner is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! He is a legitimate reptile lover! He was also extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions. The reptiles here are very well taken care of. I had purchased a crested gecko from them around a year ago and he hasn't shown any signs of illness, has a great appetite, and is full of energy! This place also has a pleathora of feeder insects and rodents. Truly a one-stop shop for all reptile enthusiasts or for anyone looking to get into the hobby!”

“I have been buying from this store since it's inception... The friendly staff is knowledgeable about the merchandise and high end dog food. Miriam the groomer is wonderful, she treats my corgi with love and the cost is comparable . I needed a leash and harness for my Corgi who is difficult to fit. Sean ( the owner) immediately assisted me and presented a set that fit perfectly. So if you aren't happy with the prices I suggest that you try PetCo. Renting a store in BayTerrace is extremely expensive probably equivalent to Manhattan rates. I don't mind paying a little more for the customer service and quality merchandise. Thanks Sean! “My 3 yr. old Aussie Doodle has been visiting the NY Puppy Club since she was 5 months old. This gem of a place is our go to for boarding/grooming. Harley is well taken care of while in their hands. She is a high energy dog & enjoys playing with all the other furry friends while supervised. I love it, because I can check the web cam when I am missing her & know she is having as much fun as I am. I highly recommend this establishment for your puppy/dog needs.”
“After a long and disheartening journey from shelters and other boutiques, we had decided to see if the place where we got our family pug from 13 years ago was around. To our much pleasant surprise, it was and under new and better management! From our first phone call to visit, vanity pups made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Nassar and Nuri were both knowledgeable, patient, and kind as we played with their available puppies! They understood our needs and we were happily able to adopt our Frenchie, Nori! (Formally Tuxedo of Vanity pups!) You can tell they really care about their pups, in every way possible and that really meant a world of difference to us. “This wonderful grooming establishment always does a great job with my two doggies. This is quite literally the best haircut they have ever gotten in their lives. I fully trust their groomer to clean them up and give them whichever haircut is best for them. She always does a wonderful job. My doggies are always happy and energetic when I get them back. Everything being done to the doggies can be seen right from the lobby, which also has a multitude of healthy dog treats and food, as well as cute clothing. I absolutely love the hairstyle that was chosen for them this time around. Best grooming in town by far. They even gave my doggies little pigtails and bow ties.”

He is very patient.Many years ago we bought a fish tank and some community tropical fish.I think he even does children's birthday parties too.Needless to say...it's a little noisy in there...but that is part of the fun.”
“Had our first experience at Woofer Wash today and I have to say it was an absolute success. Called and made an appointment just 2 days ago. Walked in and was immediately greeted and directed to a wash bay where all the supplies were ready and waiting. The staff were helpful and informative. I read that parking can be an issue during the week, but it's Sunday so parking was easy peasy. On top of great customer service the prices are great too. Absolutely extatic that we found this place. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!”

“This is the best groomer that I can recommend, my dog doesn't let nobody shower him or cut his hair, he gets very shaky and nervous, but with the groomer he was like nothing bothers him , my dog came out beautiful and happy, they are so good that even call me and told me that he got infection in on ear and if I want to be treated and I said yes, he took very good care of my baby and if you want your dog be treated with love and care bring him here you are not going to regret, I'm sure about that ?”
“Karla the groomer was outstanding. She was patient with my dog who can be aggressive toward strangers. She took the time to let my dog warm up to her and was understanding about my dog’s difficult personality. She communicated with me about timing to minimize time spent in the cage. The grooming was quick and Karla listened to what I wanted. The pricing was also much better than other places I’ve been to.”

Couldn't see his face which was okay cause his eyes had all that black goop stuck down the inside corners. Groomin tails worked wonders. He looked 5 lbs thinner, cleaner and like a puppy again.
