Wait is long only 1 teller manager Cecille Galvez doesn't want to open another window while bank teller Sandra B. Works furiously to get customers out as fast as she can.

Very weird vibe from personal banker Melissa - happy to closing the small account had with them and walk over to TD down the block. The manager Michael seemed to be educated and professional. Personal banker is uneducated and immature. If you go into the bank request not be assisted by Melissa.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Manager is very dry and unhelpful. The lady working on the floor had a smirk the entire time. I was going thru a very distressing situation where my account was blocked and nobody was willing to even try to help me. They showed no compassion AT ALL! They treated me as if I was bothering them. The tellers were friendly but not the others. I will never ever go back here and I'm switching banks. Staff desperately needs training. But I get the feeling if I was a different person they'd be willing to go the extra mile to help me...

As far as doing transactions with citi bank , they really suck , I transferred several hundred dollars from Citi Bank to my other bank institution on June 15th !! Over a week ago and I'm still waiting !! when I called I got no help at all , mainly cause I couldn't understand the woman that was helping me . ( I think after a certain time the telephone lines get transferred over to China or Japan , T-Mobile does the same thing .) But here we are going on June 24th and nothing!! They keep telling me tomorrow ,tomorrow since last week. I'm taking my money out a littbit at a time . Make my primary bank Chase Bank, they been around forever, never had any issues with Chase.

Very unprofessional. Teller Sandra Baksh refused to give me her name when I asked for it, worst branch, they always have a problem. Unsafe bank.

This is a pretty good bank. Bigger than the Merrick Rd. location and more parking. The downside that the hours are sparse and to get to the ATM from the lot you have to cut through Duane Reade. The tellers are very helpful though.
