Great customer service and communication. Big chain pharmacy wouldn’t make the effort to follow up of prior approvals on crucial meds. I called Caliber, a real person picked up the phone and in 72 hours my meds were DELIVERED.No more automated phone menu. No more pointless texting. No more CVMess :)
