I have taken my engagement ring to Weisser’s for adjustment, cleaning, and inspection. They do an excellent job and when I last stopped in they even had my ring finished within an hour!

I dropped off my watch and it doesn’t work it was working when I dropped it off and they didn’t make it write with me and never gave me a refund I will never go back to them rip offs again sad day in Herkimer

I got my girlfriend a new chain for a family heirloom pendant and when I brought it in to have the connecting ring welded for security they were able to get it done in an hour. Not only did they weld the jump ring, but they fixed up the loop at the top of the pendent that was starting to wear without me even asking. 10/10 service and quality, would highly recommend.

Drop off my engagement ring two weeks ago I had to call them to find out what is going on with my ring got told that they couldn’t fix it. Wish they had called me sooner so I could’ve gotten my engagement ring back and taken it else where the staff is good but that part of my experience wasn’t great.

If i could give a negative number I would. I went in there to get a watch battery replaced. I tried to replace it myself but could not get the back cover on again. I was going to get a new battery but the store has a policy that they only charge $5 if you bring your battery in, so I did. The first young woman to help me was very nice and tried to get it back on and couldn't do it either, she said the jeweler would be in tomorrow and he can look at it. As I was asking about pricing an older woman came out of the back (I assume she was the manager). She exclaimed in an annoyed tone "wait he brought the battery in?!?" And the snagged my watch from young girls hand and literally shoved the watch back into my face and quite rudely said to me..."well then we can't help you". I was left speechless standing at the counter. Its a shame, I generally like to support small local businesses and was even looking for something for my wife on Valentine's day. Needless to say I will not be getting anything for here in the future and will defer anyone looking to shop there.

very unique wrapping...success with quality behind every diamond, stone, trinket .... i loved her and her amazing talent, I bought my mother beautiful stones that were placed so perfectly, wrapped to form my mothers favorite, an owl ...done with such class and precision. . I love Amy's work!!
