I've been to the Herkimer Tallmans several times for tires and maintenance. Each time has been a great, hassle free experience. They're always happy to answer any questions and give recommendations on specific tires for certain vehicle types.
Very happy with the quality of customer service I receive.

This was my first experience with Tallmans and it's an establishment that I will not hesitate to call again. I was called multiple times during the day and kept informed on what they needed to do to get my old car back up and running. Super nice service department. Professional. Reasonable. I will be returning should I need their services.

How does someone get into contact with the "owner" that is replying to the reviews on here? I would like to speak with someone higher up than folks at your locations about recent experience. I can't seem to find anything on your website and I don't feel there's a need to put a location on blast here... yet
Editing this because I just picked up my vehicle for the 2nd time this week and you absolutely have shady folks employed at the herkimer location and the store managers word means absolutely nothing.
Would really like to speak to someone above the store manager for this issue.

Absolutely great!! I was from outta town, they listened to what I needed done, a took me rite in, fixed the problem for me. They were extremely polite and professional. If I’m up there again, and have any truck problems, tire wise, that is the only place I’d go! Excellent job. Thank you again!!! Very pleased!!!

Needed a NYS Inspection. Made the call and scheduled the appointment. I arrived before the appointment and they took me right in.
From outside I observed the technician perform the complete inspection thoroughly. Very happy with the friendly service.
I will now have all of my services done at Tallman's in Herkimer.

They did a great job. When we left we went to get gas and started the vehicle again and the codes popped back up again. It was after hours so I couldn’t call until morning. I gave them a call first thing the next morning and took the vehicle right in and checked it out to make sure everything was good and they said that we would have to let it cycle for some miles before the codes would clear. They guarantee their work and will do whatever they can to make it right for you! No charge for the second visit. Thank you Tallman’s!
