“Love that we have Olivia's in the area. They were awesome with our dog Dusty. They bathed him, (which we tried to do and eventually gave up), combed out his undercoat, (which we tried to do and eventually gave up), cut his nails, (you got it... We tried to do and although somewhat successful, we decided to let the girls at Olivia's do it), and then gave him a haircut. Awesome job!!!!”

“Today my sister and I needed to get some bags of chopped alfalfa. We went to Rose and Utica stores and they had none. We went to your store in Herkimer and as always you could not get better staff so willing to help you. It is always a pleasure to walk in your store. You only had 2 bags. They first took the time to call several stores yo see if they had some. We were able to drive to Hamilton Store and the had 3 bags and saved it for us until we got there and then helped us put it in our car. We are 82 and 84 and appreciated the service we received. The Herkimer stiore employees explained how we’re could order it on line and if we wanted to do that way they would help us do the order. You should be very proud of your employees.”
