These are my go-to people when I need real work done at the Herkimer location! ?? If they’re too busy then I go to Mavis. I always go to Wal*Mart for my oil changes though cheapest for full Synthetic and my car is at 250,991 miles now! She’s a keeper.

Fantastic service! I got a flat tire on the Thruway and went to Monro to either fix or replace. They fixed my tire very quickly and I was on way to my destination! They were so polite and helpful!! Thank you !!!!

Ruben, Tyler and Mike helped us out a great deal. We arrived there because of an engine problem and they started working on it right away. Thanks to them we got back on our way!
