Bought a used vehicle from them. Even though we couldn't get a warranty due to the mileage being over 100k. They fixed the couple things that they found wrong while doing inspection and getting the car ready for us. They told us even though we don't get a warranty, to come in with any questions or concerns and they would do there best to help us out. Been silly questions both times but they took care of us and we went on our way. Even though they didn't have to help us. Great people, great deals. Would deff recommend checking them out for your next purchase. Deff will be going here to future purchases.

Genuinely good people who take the hassle out of car buying and are incredibly informative every step of the way. I have never heard a bad thing about Midtown auto and I've had more than a few coworkers recommend them too. Plus the prices can't be beat and they stand by them with a generous warranty. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vehicle-be it a 4 cylinder sedan, SUV, or truck. They're one of the most reputable business in the Mohawk Valley.

Recently purchased a second car from Midtown Autoworld in the last three years! First car we got has been running great, initial problems in the beginning that were fixed under warranty with no issues since. I've had 3 vehicles from Midtown. Buying used cars is always a risk, as you may get limited warranties only, and you can't predict what could wrong, just a fact. That said, Midtown Auto seems to pick decent used vehicles for their inventory. I see many of their cars driving around with their bumper sticker.
Pros: fast service (I got my vehicle within 2 days this time, they help with all the steps so you can drive off the lot with ease),
decent selection of used cars (often with only 1 previous owner), fair to average pricing, and they offer financing suitable for those with lower credit.
Cons (sorta): your vehicle should be inspection ready and safe to drive upon purchase, but it is generally good practice to get your used vehicle checked by a mechanic soon after purchase. Then try to maintain the car with more frequent mechanic trips, considering some of us may be financing for a few years. (You don't want the car to become inoperable before you've even paid your loan, so just plan on keeping tabs on the wellbeing of the car, considering it's year, mileage, make.) May need tires within the year, for example, so plan for this and any other normal issues that happen with any car. If financing, yes you may pay more on interest, but again, this is a good option for those who have lower credit.
I just got a 2010 Nissan Rogue with 45,000 miles, one previous owner, very clean, drives great. Just some rust underneath (to be expected considering it's 14 years old, and I plan on keeping up with car washes to help deter further rust.) Very happy so far!

Great experience buying a used car. Not pushy at all when we arrived for a test drive and addressed all of our concerns without any increase in price. It was easy and fast to get the final sale through, and when we messed up the paperwork, they came in on a day the dealership was closed to get the vehicle to us. Highly recommend!

Purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra a couple months ago. Buying process was very easy, good communication etc. Had an issue with the brakes a few months in & had to take it to our service station for repair. Contacted Midtown to see if they would reimburse us & without question did so. Check arrived within a few days! Great customer service!

I don’t recommend this place at all. Bought a car from here and the transmission went within 6 months…lucky for them I wasn’t sold a warranty (I am an inexperienced first time buyer and college student-though I did do pretty extensive research when looking at their…options). Car came with some problems (tank empty upon purchase, nonworking/removed cigarette lighter ports, blinker would lock on and not turn off) all of which were undisclosed. I had issues with it starting within the first couple of weeks of getting it (which were apparently dealt with) but now my car is junk. I would recommend getting an inspection from another mechanic before purchasing, DONT trust them to do so if you even have to go here. Best wishes to potential buyers, this place is not it. Get a serious warranty if you do go here and be prepared to blow a couple thousand if not. Go to a certified dealer and try to steer clear of shady places like this.
