I bought a car last week from Licari and it was the smoothest car purchase I've made from beginning to end. I found my car on their website and it was exactly as they listed it - actually better! From the test drive to discussing financing to driving out the lot I am impressed and will be recommending them to my friends when they are in the market for a new vehicle.

Excellent experience buying a vehicle from Rebecca and Jesse from a few hundred miles away out of state. The vehicle was exactly as described, priced very fair, and they were extremely upfront and honest. You really can’t ask for much more nowadays. They really have customer service figured out at Licari, top notch service.

I originally brought my Honda car in to have the headlights detailed which was an excellent experience. Ben does awesome work..they looked brand new. After talking with their very personable service manager Joe. I asked about their air conditioning service. He was very accommodating & patient listening to my concerns, etc. He assured me the service tech would take it one step at a time to troubleshoot & not just start replacing parts. After doing diagnostics they found the condenser needed to be replaced & ordered the part. However, since the weather was in the 90's before the part came in the freon was charged, so the car was cold/comfortable for the weekend. They picked the car up at my work & dropped off which was great customer service! My ac is functioning like new & the true test has been these hot humid days! I would highly recommend this Dealership & plan to be a return customer. They deserve the 5 star rating!!!
